Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Lothian

I ordered a large iced pumpkin latte with less ice. It was filled 3/4 of the way up and the rest was whipped cream. I watched the woman at the drive through look at my drunk and giggle and show it to another worker, took off the lid and added more whipped cream, came back and handed it to me and said "It had been sitting for awhile so I figured you would want more whipped cream."...Actually what I would like is my large coffee to be full of coffee.

I had ordered a refresher with green tea through the app. Upon arrival I was informed green tea was out of stock and asked if I wanted lemonade. I told the girl I can not have lemonade or coconut milk and asked if it could be made with oat milk. I was assured she could. When I got down the street, I tasted my drink and it was made with coconut milk! I can not have it due to two different health issues, and now two of my organs are hurting because my drink was made with coconut milk. Please make sure you are making orders the way they are ordered, you can really hurt someone!!!

This place was really busy an there's a good reason why. Good food, service on point, great prices and values, a little something for everyone. The coffee is served many ways, and will get you zooming. The doughnuts look wonderful as you can see them on display. America runs on dunkins!

Got 2 teas and 1 snacking bacon, 2 cars in front of us about 10 minutes to order and get to the window, the staff was nice but the snackin bacon was 1/2 cold and crunchy and the other 1/2 dripping grease and partially raw we were 1/2 way home before we realized it was so nasty. Called the store they don’t answer won’t be going back. PLEASE DISREGARD THIS POST IT WAS FOR DUNKIRK AND WILL NOT LET IT BE REMOVED

Hot coffee, donuts okay. With daily donut delivery they taste like day olds, the price is rising while the donuts get smaller. But that's a corporate problem, it was nothing the retail store controls.

It's nearby but the coffee does not taste like other locations in my opinion. Every single time my coffee tastes watery.

Always a busy busy place but always good service. The machines in the lobby don't have options for people with picky orders so please use drive through. Also, they have a mobile lane that leads to the same lane for people ordering in the drive through. Only one I've seen like that but anyway. Great place! Thanks!

Today is January 25 2023 and is 12:40pm, just stop at the Dunkin’ Donuts in Wayson corners is normally a great place to stop for a coffee and donuts, the manager is great and Rosita is the best in customer service. Today we had a blonde hair woman who was very nasty to us, not sure if she is in drugs or just have no respect for people, but she act with disrespect and smart to us, with no customer service at all, on top of that there was a Spanish short woman not sure if her name is Maria, but when we ask for napkins, she had the same exact actitud than the blonde taking the orders, It should be no reason to have this kind of people providing this type of service in a such iconic place like Dunkin’ Donuts.
