I stopped by the drive-thru before work around 7 PM on 4/9/23, there wasn’t a line or anyone ahead of me yet my coffee order was wrong. They completely forgot to add sugar and caramel the first sip really caught me by surprise, not sure why something so simple was missed when the place wasn’t even busy.

The drive thru is always wrapped around the corner. The customer service at the window is superb especially in the morning! Love to see their smiling happy faces! Makes my morning!

The best Dunkin I have ever been at. Always clean and friendly staff. Well organized. Never had to wait too long for service.

The employee that waited on me this afternoon was very nice and helpful. I wish I would of got her name. I stopped in about 4 pm and the selection of doughnuts left was not a lot.

Katie who works at the drive thru is just the nicest person. She had a smile and friendly hello for anyone who comes thru. I highly recommend this place.

Back in Logan for personal reasons and staying in hotel across the way. Been using the app to order coffee (explorer batch, midnight and cold brew). All have been delicious but wanted to comment on how fast they get the mobile orders completed. I have been impressed with their speed, so if you want to avoid long lines at the drive thru, take a few steps out of your car and you’ll save tons of time.

This is U Do It approved. Super nice staff. The staff member took my order promptly and fulfilled it. Kinda stunk that they were out of glazed munchkins. I bought apple crumb donuts instead. Thank you for being awesome.
