Every time I go SOMETHING goes wrong. One time the manager swindled me into purchasing cheaper donuts after they didn't have what I requested. Got charged more than what the donuts were worth. Another time I request ONE "chocolate frosted cake donut" and ONE "chocolate donut." Employee told me he didn't know what a "chocolate donut" was. Received 3 glazed donuts and 3 chocolate frosted CHOCOLATE donuts. Was charged for all six.

I ordered 2 chocolate sprinkle donuts and gave me glazed donuts. Ordered bacon egg and cheese croissant and got it with sausage. Person on speaker read it back to me and had it correct but I received the wrong items and with understanding how it may be sometimes, I just dealt with it but then came to realize that it wasn’t even busy for them to get my order wrong. Very nice workers but very unaware. For the price I’m paying, the service should be better. Seemed unprofessional. I just returned to complain and the lady at the window was bothered and said I ordered it wrong. I thought it was very specific saying “chocolate sprinkle” but I guess that means chocolate glazed. I don’t understand how I could say it wrong when she literally repeated it back to me.

I go here frequently and always have a good experience. The staff is friendly, if not a little rushed, but that's understandable as they always have a ton of people coming through. Their dining room is closed, so when we had a wrong item included in our order today, I had to walk up to the drive thru window to correct it. They made it right though and threw in some hash browns to make up for it.

Great customer service and always very pleasant

I asked for two strawberry dragonfruit refreshers with extra syrup kindly and whichever lady works in the morning was rudely replying, there’s no such thing as a syrup in a rude way. I just wanted my refresher to be sweeter and when I got my drinks they were bitter with no sugar. I also got two avocado toasts and they gave me the smallest sized they had with barely any avocado on it.

Absolutely awful service. I waited over 10 minutes with three cars in line ahead of me, with no orders being taken. When I finally was able to give my order, it took another ten minutes to reach the window. After five minutes of watching two staff members stand around and laughing, no one even taking my payment, I left. This location routinely has the worst service possible.

I very seldom give five stars but, this Dunkin Donuts truly deserves it. I go to this location almost every morning before work and from the person that takes my order in the drive thru to the person that gives me my purchase the customer service is OUTSTANDING!!! If you want to start your day out with a smile on your face and have the BEST customer service ever, you owe to yourself to visit this location!!! I promise you, you will thank me later.
