Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Lisbon Falls

First time here on my way north. Just had to have a jelly donut! It was really stuffed with jelly, alright! I ordered black tea with milk and it clearly caused confusion since most folks drink coffee here. A young man clearly new to the job needed help with the order, fair enough. Unfortunately I ended up with mint tea but was 5 miles away by then. Ah well, the donut was great!

I think Dunkin needs to go back to the Styrofoam cups or do something different with their lids. I wear my coffee 85% of the time because of leakage or the cover comes completely off..I believe they also need to make it mandatory to stir the coffee because when we're "on the run" we don't have the means to stop and stir. I buy Dunkin daily so I'm not just being a Karen

They ripped me off 2 chrzo egg wrapps and wouldn't give me what I order.

Ordered today and got to the window and had to tell the poor guy 3 times what we ordered and we were still given the wrong coffee and donuts. Possibly not his fault, seemed new but… The donut is blueberry not pumpkin. What if I was allergic to blueberry? This REALLY could have been an issue. Get your stuff together before someone gets hurt!!!

Ordered 4 items all incorrect then the remade bagel with Cream cheese got maybe 1 tbs of cream cheese

Wednesday morning went through the drive through no service, drove around went back through yup there were two women in there still no service .my husband said I'll go in well the women thought it was there break time they were eating donuts and making breakfast sandwiches for them shelfs. All I wanted was a frozen coffee. Well I was three minutes late for work not good I'm never late. These women need to be told customers come first. It's not there break time at five in the morning. I come first cause I have to to be at work at 5:30 in the morning. I should get free frozen coffee for a year. Cause there was other issues I had to deal with this dunkin donuts. 😡

The Dunkin’ Donuts in Lisbon Falls is THE WORST!!! I never go to Dunkin’ Donuts anymore because of them. They are always out of espresso beans so they can’t make lattes, they never have the flavors that they advertise and have all over the signs on their menu, and they ALWAYS get the order wrong. Every time I used to go there I would have to go back to get the rest of my order. And if you order from the app and they don’t have an item, they just won’t give it to you and when you go back to ask for it they tell you they can’t refund your card because you ordered through the app. Any time I have ordered bacon avocado toast they never toast the bread. It is always a cold and soggy and clearly never seen heating element. One of the most frustrating things was when I would order flavored coffees and 9 times out of 10 they would be just plain, which I do not like and would have to dump it down the drain. All of these things might be small, and I certainly understand that mistakes happen. But when you are paying for an item, and not asking for it to be custom or anything- you literally just want the regular old items that you ordered, and when these things are happening literally every time you go there, it gets super annoying- like to the point where you stop going there all together.

It is Friday morning 8-19-22 6:08Am and I am currently sitting outfront watching 2 workers walk around and look at the drive through line and the people out front and smile and walk off doors are locked they are Not taking orders or anything. They are supposed too be open. I hope the family that owns this dunkin reads this. If I could give a 5star negative review this store in Lisbon Fall's would receive it Highly Do NOT RECOMMEND
