I love coming here because my order is always made fresh and hot The staff is very friendly here and always smiling The place is neat and clean and nice area to sit Free Parking available here They also have Baskin-Robbins ice cream

I love this location but they ran themselves out of medium and large cups and for some reason can't get cups transferred from one of the locations around downriver. They've been out of large cups almost 2 weeks and this morning they were doing "small only" and not accommodating the fact that some people have the same order 3-4x a week and that the amount of coffee is why they stop here. I'm now late to work and for my third day this week will not have my coffee to keep me going.

I was doing a delivery pick up and the associate looked nervous and intense in my presence. He even spoke perfectly good English to the customer (White Female) and cut me off while I was taking. Culture training is highly recommended for the associates who worked at this location from this post date.

The staff helping me tonight was wonderful! I’m a bariatric patient and I’m limited on what I can have, the girl working the counter was so helpful to let me know my options. I will forever go here any time I need my coffee or a quick bite to eat! Very very happy!!!! Thank you so much for being so knowledgeable about your menu!

The employees are always inviting and the place is clean. Always a pleasure coming to this location. Keep up the great work everyone!

Beware: Guy on night shift doesn’t make the latte drinks properly. He uses old espresso shots that are sitting in the metal cup underneath the espresso machine that he didn’t even “pull”, could even be just old coffee that he puts in that metal cup. I’ve worked at a coffee shop before; you add the flavored syrup, milk, and ice, then pull the espresso shots on top and then stir. He doesn’t pull the espresso shots for the lattes. He’s probably an owner or family member that is trying to save money by using old coffee that he doesn’t want to toss out instead of giving you actual fresh shots of espresso. When I go during the day, the ladies make the drinks correctly, but at night, nope, it’s just that same guy every single night, and I’ve finally found out why my niece’s iced lattes always tasted like watered down old coffee. I went in just to see what he’s been doing to her drinks. He’s a cheap employee trying to save money on syrups, milk, and espresso (cause he used less amounts of all that night). Just watch him make your lattes and you’ll see exactly what I mean. The dishonesty to get one over on the customers is disgusting. Lost my business.
