The most inefficient operation, crazy to watch. Ordered ahead a regular coffee w/cream/sugar and a premade muffin...from 5 miles away. My coffee was ready and cooling and I stood and watched the store become crowded with people waiting on one item from their order. I waited an additional 9 minutes for my muffin AFTER I specifically caught someone's attention and asked for it. They should complete one order and put all items out to clear the store instead of having people waiting on premade items. There was a line of 7 waiting for pickup (3 of us for pre-made's) and a line of 8 at the donut counter. There were so many employees they were literally running into each other. There certainly is a better way Mr./Ms. Manager

This specific Dunkin’ is really nice and they’re very fast with making your food and our drink, the workers are very kind and are very willing to help and correct their mistakes made (if any). I usually end up going here once per week and it’s worth it every time. The donuts are always fresh and the food is always hot.

There is a gentleman who works here on late weekdays, I can't remember his name. Never gets an order wrong. He wears glasses and is tall. I would recommend having him help, a fantastic employee.

They can't get you a coffee in less than 30 min. Order ahead and you still wait. Go inside and the lines almost out the door. Drive thru costs more in gas than the coffee itself.

I ordered a large coffee, but they said they ran out of large cups. This has happened before, they're always out of basic supplies like lids or cups. This is my local place, so I go quite a bit. Also my coffee was completely different from what I ordered but it was at the drive thru and I didn't want to make a big deal out of it. Update: almost every time I go (about once a week) they mess up my order

Usually a great place, but one worker was absolutely awful today. Only ordered 4 things and after every item, I would get a “are you done yet?”. Not even “will that be all for you”, nope, I get “is that it..” and “are you done yet” with an attitude. I get the line was long, but that doesnt mean the quality of the food and service should decrease. Specified I need cream and sugar in the 2 coffees. One had all creamer (legit tasted like straight creamer) and the other had absolutely nothing. Just black coffee. Usually they’re pretty nice but I don’t know what was up with the cashier today.

This is the WORST DunkinDonuts I've ever been to. They are always slow, from the drive thru to curbside even inside. Everytime I've been there utilizing either pickup option I'm waiting 5-7 minutes, and my bagels are ALWAYS stale.

Waited 30 mins for some burnt hash browns and not even a full cup of coffee. If you see a line turn around it's not worth it. Also don't be deceived by the "new line" you'll get stuck in a coned trap for 30 mins.
