The new Ice Spice drink y'all just made me was amazing 🤩 thank you everyone for all your hard work!! I also think for a frozen drink with donut holes in it I was shocked. But well worth the price and very friendly people serving today!

Great service! The donuts were extra fresh. The coffee drink was good. Just wished the drive thru line had moved a bit faster.

I used to love this place! Placed an online order for 2 bagel sandwiches some hash browns and a drink. When I got to the window, the man working looked angry that I was even there. I handed him a cash tip for the order and he didn't say thank you or respond. Tried to eat my food, but the egg on my bagel had a green tint to it so I stopped eating it. The hash browns were all smashed and in pieces. Several hours later, I was vomiting and I had eaten nothing else but the few bites of my food from Dunkin that day.

It took them over 30 minutes to bring out my sandwiches. They had us pull forward to keep their drive times low. I had to go inside to see what was taking so long and then they started making it. On top of that when I was angry saying there are like 10 ppl working here, why is it taking so long. The worker Brian started laughing at me. I will never come back to this location and I will make sure none of my family do either. This location is terrible.

I never write reviews however this is the worst customer service I have ever received. The food was fine they just forgot little things. My craving for Dunkin had already diminished after the poor treatment from the staff. I asked for a frozen latte and corrected myself to say frappe. She clearly was annoyed and was extremely rude. She then seemed irritated because I asked for more than just a black coffee for my boyfriend. I told her what flavors multiple times that I wanted then asked me for them again in a rude manner. Elana is the definition of terrible service and should not be working the front counter. Further more I heard loud cursing from other employees in the back as I was ordering. This Dunkin has people running FROM Dunkin.

The prices are way better ( some would say the coffee is, too)then Starbucks. The service is above average, mainly because of the woman who works drive thru window in the a. m. (Saturday 1-30-23) was great... I should say IS great. I've had her several times. Her attitude is sunny, welcoming, and she keeps the line moving. She's an asset to that establishment.

As door dash ther slow as hell they get other ppls order over deliverys and rude employees like cas
