It took these clowns 18 minutes to prep a bagel and a wakeup wrap. 8 employees, 7 standing around doing nothing. One worker was staring blankly at the menu - one can only wonder what amazing thoughts were going through her head.

The morning manager is beyond rude, snotty, and ignorant. I asked for a large cup of ice. She refused to give me one. So I said...I'll pay for a large cup of ice. She continued to refuse to sell it to me. Finally, I ordered a large sweet tea with extra ice and told them to hold the tea.... she brilliantly replied..." I'll have to charge you for that "...I offered to pay for it straight off the bath... not the brightest crayon in the box. Another day I asked for a large coffee refill, however my refill cup has already been used that morning so it wasn't clean and I asked for her to just put it in a regular cup but showed her that I did in fact have a refill cup.... she acted like a complete fool about it. The Dunkin in rockingham has NO issue if you need a cup and they are my daily store. The donuts in laurinburg are ALWAYS stale.... No matter what time you get them. Rockingham they're fresh in the morning and always have my order done perfectly!

I came in here to pick up an order for someone else. They didn't have what the person wanted. They were patient waiting until I spoke to the person to correct the order. Two reasons I gave a three instead of a five was because I didn't like the way the manager talked to her employees. Hurrying them and putting them down while they worked. I also got a coffee and that brown stick they put in the coffee did not do anything in the coffee spilled in my car.

This place always gets my order right, it’s almost as if they know me. Their food is very good and so is their coffee. The donuts are good when you take them home and heat them up and they Ice cream is delicious. Definitely worth 5 stars. The people are very nice as well and the management is great.

Recently had egg & cheese on english muffins. Absolutely disgusting! How ignorant do you have to be to not toast an english muffin? Note: they taste like raw dough if not toasted. One more reason not to go to Dunkin Donuts. Laziness is not acceptable. This is not rocket science.

The store is bright, new and clean. The donut holes were fantastic. One of the employees was so great! The others could use a little bit of encouragement. Totally worth the stop though.

Very good experience the ladies are awesome and has very good customer service. I will definitely come back.

Ordered two shakes middle of the afternoon (no back-up of customers in drive-thru) and was instructed to pull forward into a parking spot after taking my payment. Waited there 10 minutes - TEN MINUTES - until the clerk sauntered out, handed over the shakes without speaking a word... no 'thank you', no 'I apologize for the wait', not even an explanation of how they had to corral the cow they had to milk to obtain the cream to make the shakes. Very poor training. Management and owner need to be ashamed.
