Okay at the first tike I'm new in town. And I asked for 3 large iced caramel swirl latte they made it and ugh I had most of milk. Ummm so do they know how to do the job right um ??? It's suppose to be what I asked for 8 pump of caramel and ( no sugar ) but I got may as well drink milk. The guy said I already did I taste it like I'm drinking full glass of milk nah I'm good would t go back .

Whenever I go to this Dunkin Donuts, I am greeted by an extremely unenthusiastic guy. He speaks so low that I can barely hear him. I am used to better greetings at other Dunkin Donuts but this one is on my way to my job. But the coffee is always good.

The prices are much higher here than my local D&D. They charge $3.99 for a large iced tea that I order for $2.79 all the time. They also charged me 50 cents extra per drink for light ice, which I've never been charged anywhere before. Now we're at $4.49 for plain iced tea. No thanks..

I got 2 sausage egg and cheese croissants, a large watermelon refresher, and a chocolate long John. They gave me a small refresher. They didn't give me a sandwich I had to go back and get it and then they forgot my sausage.

Really kinda slow, had to pull around and wait another 7 or 8 minutes. When they did bring food our, they forgot drink.

I used to work at this Dunkin a few years ago and it was pretty decent but now they have a disrespectful little girl who doesn't know what she's doing running it it's just sad and the service is horrible always messing up orders save your time and go to the Hobart store.

I go here a lot since it’s so close to me but I seriously can’t wrap my head around how they can’t get a simple coffee right ever? This drink literally has no syrup or oatmilk when you can clearly see the sticker. Idk if it’s just pure laziness, or what, but get it together because making coffee isn’t this hard…. And when I asked for assorted donuts, I simple asked for just 2 of them to be chocolate glazed, and you couldn’t even do that? Blows my mind

Our new Dunkin in lake station is always always busy. The drive through goes fast! Everyone is super friendly and I've never had a bad experience there.
