Used to come everyday but switched to McD because it’s cheaper. Decided to give Dunkin another chance and twice in one week they didn’t put liquid sugar in my coffees. 3 coffees in total didn’t have a lick of sugar. Done wasting my $ on this overpriced coffee. Will stick with McD. Their food and rewards are better anyway

It was really busy which is not a bad thing it's expected. What's bad is that we stood there for 15 minutes waiting for our food and when we got to the car the snackin bacon (4 skinny cut into 1/3 length strips that cost almost $4 was ice cold the hash rounds were cold the loaded bagel bites were cold. If it wasn't so busy I would have taken it all back. I will say the 6 🍩's we bought were AMAZING.

Absolute garbage. I have yet to receivea drink that is correct to.match what I order and they are rude as can be when you call them out on it. My drink is supposed to be strawberry dragonfruit with coconut milk, all you can taste is the coconut milk ... not worth the money and terrible customer service!

EVERY TIME I go here something is messed up.. only at the laporte location.. I get oat milk every time, well this time i got my drink then heard an employee say to another employee "The oatmilk is right there!"... when i tried my drink it definitely does not taste like oatmilk like every other time, and its upsetting my stomach because I'm lactose intolerant.. i called and asked if they for sure used oat milk and they said yes.. but it absolutely is made with regular milk... I never have an issue at any other location but it seems the laporte employees just simply don't care for quality i pay extra for the oatmilk and simply got ripped off its aggravating 😒

Terrible cashier just slopped my doughnuts in the bag not to mention the one that’s face down is chocolate top which is now all stuck to my bag.

Food was the absolute worst quality I've seen from any Dunkin I've been to. Waited 15 mins for snack bacon or whatever n a sandwich. Had multiple people get there food an drink before me that came in well after me. Then I get my food an the bacons cold Cold and limp looked uncooked I brought it back in he heated it up an told me thats how it's supposed to be which I've gotten this item multiple times else where an never seen it like that. Then my sandwich was also cold and sloppy made with half a piece of bacon on it lol then I tast my drink an tasted like the cream was bad like seriously

I’m tired of the terrible customer service every time I’ve gone to your “store”. Every one of you are rude. And I guess I can’t even door dash your products to avoid your subpar customer service. This is the large coffee you just sent me through a door dash order side by side with my fiancé’s medium coffee. Pitiful. I can get everything you offer at different stores. I hope more and more people grow tired of your services.

I've been getting their butter pecan iced coffee for a few months now and in the last month I've noticed they are watering their drinks down they aren't the same they should water down the prices too then
