Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Keystone Heights

Tasty apple fritter & whole milk latte. The only complaint is the let the milk frother make too much noise. Good location & speedy drive-thru.

This by far has got to be the worse DD I have ever been; and I have been to many. To wait at the window 15 minutes for 2 donuts, 2 bagel minis and an iced coffee in the drive thru is absurd. Especially when you include the time sitting in the drive thru all together. My bagel minis were wrong, my iced coffee was not correct and to top it all off watching the staff while sitting at the window made me cringe. Food handling and cleanliness is not a strong suit here. 1st and last time I will be a customer here.

My self and my children were waiting for over 20 minutes and were not even acknowledged as waiting for service. Nichole was the manager at the time. There were 6 employees there. The employee in the back was dropping f bombs and cussing a lot. One person was new and training and working . This was the poorest customer service I have seen in a while. I will think twice about getting something from here.

Kind, respectful people, friendly employees, great food, everythingwas fresh, especially great coffee. This place makes you feel at home and it's very clean and organized 👌 💯% on point. The only issue I had was that my hand didn't want to grab the two straws the guy handed me hahaha 😆

My boyfriend ordered an online order of 2 jelly donuts, small iced latte, a grilled cheese, wrap, hashbrowns, and a croissants sandwich. He did not get either of the donuts, and the grilled cheese was unedible because it was hard as a rock. The only thing he was able to eat was the wrap and he said that it tasted like it's been in a sink.

5 stars for the employees, 0 stars for the owners. This is the busiest DD I go to regularly & they are never not understaffed which I understand given that the wages and the work load DO NOT MATCH!

Don't bother coming here. I did a mobile order. Was in the drive thru for over 30 minutes to get it. The employees did not seem to know what they were doing, and seemed like they were all hungover or on drugs. Kept having a mess up on my drink and after waiting that long, they tell me the espresso machine was "not working". How can a Dunkin donuts not have a working espresso machine? Drink still came out wrong but wasn't going to argue. The lady with greenish hair was the one all hectic and looked hungover and gave attitude towards the end because she couldn't get anything right.

First things first, it’s -mostly- clean. There is still trash on the floor. The attitude of the staff, is not clean, however. Girl taking my order zoned out while another worker was getting a talking to from a higher up. Then I tried to use a free drink coupon and it didn’t work, and after the fact of getting my drinks, the worker didn’t input the right size. So that’s strike one. Strike two, which is pretty major, is that I’m watching the girls make drinks, and I’m lactose intolerant, and this girl is using the same spoon for everything. Without rinsing. It’s good to know that my stomach is going to be upset after this.
