We stopped here to use the bathroom and grab a drink. Food and drink were usual Dunkin standard. However DO NOT stop here for the bathroom. The women's bathroom was closed so we had to use the men's. Absolutely disgusting. It looked like it hasn't been cleaned for weeks. My daughter refused to use it and she needed to go. For being a good establishment ewwww. If I worked there I would have been embarrassed to even suggest anyone use it

My wife had an early morning pickup of $150 worth of donuts and coffee for a “donuts with dad” event at the school where she is a director, and even though the App (which is horrible) showed a completed transaction with confirmation and pickup instructions, the store had no record of it. She was yelled at, had her receipt tossed back at her and no attempt was made to help or assist her in any way. She had to scramble to find 6 dozen donuts somewhere else for her 7:30am event, and never did get any coffee. Miserable service, horrible employees, no more business from us!

So I’ve been going to this Dunkin for years and I have to say it’s truly gone down hill. The older staff members have been great but the new people they have are horrible. I mean absolutely horrible. I would give zero stars but there’s two guys there who do work hard and fast but the new young lazy young guys are TERRIBLE. I once went to just order donuts and I paid and stood off to the side and waited 15 minutes for them to give me the donuts they had right behind them. They helped at least 14 other customers before I was even a thought, who were behind me in line. It wasn’t until the older staff member noticed I had been waiting an excessive amount of time that he told a younger employee to get me my donuts because it’s ridiculous how long I waited. I understand that being on that side of the counter can be stressful and overwhelming but the young guys are just lazy. Props to the older guys who hold this place together. 2/5 not great

I've been patronizing this location since it opened many years ago. I've recently had a chance to chat with the owners and have found them to be very customer centric and focused on providing well-prepared food for their customers. Like every business, they were affected by Covid and are working hard to attract new customers and regain older customers whose routines may have been disrupted by Covid. Their service is quick and reliable, the food has always been freshly prepared and tasty.

Got a croissant with turkey sausage egg and cheese and a signature iced Carmel latte

Stopped by this am to get doughnuts with my kids. I honestly felt like I was interfering with the employees free time. When placing my order the employees were talking to each other. The floor of the restaurant looked like it had not been swept. When we got home the doughnuts were face down (in the bag) and half of the frosting had come off on the bag. Four doughnuts in the bag and only one deli paper. Not sure what happened to this location but clearly I will be voting with my feet.

The coffee is nice but the past two times I have gone to pick up my order I have been treated like a nuisance and the men are always on their phone and rude to me. I do not know his name but one specific worker has yelled at me twice now, first for coming in when he wanted to leave and recently for ordering a donut on the app but they were out of in the store. How was I supposed to know? I won't be going to this location again

The guys that work there are super nice and friendly. Stopped in to let my son and daughter pick out a doughnut each and while we where there the employees gave them both free munchkins to enjoy. It was a small gesture of kindness that made both kiddos happy. And that is why I'm giving this place 5 stars.
