Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Keansburg

They give you coffee even if you ask for the cold Brew they are usually good with what you order but sometimes it comes out cold not appetizing when that happens especially when you're on the run it gets pretty annoying/inconvenient

Looking for most unpleasant Dunkin’ location ever.?This is the place to go for the worst customer service hands down. We’ve got repeatedly yelled thru the speaker while ordering in the drive-thru, then proceeded to the window to get aggravated a little more as we didn’t have enough but, wait..! then he proceeded to talk about us with his colleagues about us as we’re the problem. Apparently this is the norm in the area (found out afterwards) Needles to say, we will never comeback 👎

how is it that i order a bagel with cream cheese spread , and all i get is a PLAIN BAGEL with NOTHING.

Sorry to say, this store is not reserved any star if I can leave no star to this store. On 8/27/2022, a great trip should have a perfect ending after everyone had a great rest in our favorite coffee store, Dunkin. However, a bad experience in a local Dunkin store destroys the whole day's wonderful moment. In this store, our kids were YELLED by an employee when they stood in front of the door. When the time got close to 7 pm, we were "kicked out" of the store. The reason is that manager (Sue) said the store will be closed by 7 pm. I wondered why we were not asked to leave with the magic words called "Please" and "I am sorry"? When we were outside of the store, the same employee sprayed a lot of disinfectant on the chair and table, then looked at us for a moment. I feel this is a message called "we are the dirty thing in the store," and I feel we were raced discrimination. Again, if Dunkin wants to maintain a good reputation, it should fire this employee.

The workers here aren’t even friendly, one bit. Don’t waste your money here if you want to get kicked out early and get yelled at. Not worth going there to let the staff be racist and be discriminatory against others. Never again will I be returning. 0 stars if I could. Donuts? Forget about it, it was stale as hell. Spraying alcohol on the tables aggressively also after us asians leave, will never let someone treat me that way. Those staff members shouldn’t even work there, I’m done with Dunkin’ after this horrendous experience.

Wow customer service is horrible and the attitude the employees give you is absolutely absurd. I gave it a second chance just because I needed a coffee, that was a big mistake.

Awful awful place with no manners at all!!!! The hash browns I ordered were a smushed mess, my coffee was cold and the donut extremely stale. Worst of all, I asked them specifically for the veggie egg white omelette bites and confirmed that it needs to be veggie. I got home and had a bite immediately realising this was bacon. Im muslim and my religion forbids me from having bacon so it was hurtful. I can get over the other mistakes but it was so so hurtful to have eaten that bacon accidentally. I realised on my third bite that it was bacon all along. I called to complain and immediately the people working there started screaming at me on the phone instead of apologising or admitting their mistake! So so bad! I will NEVER step in there again, ever!

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. The workers are not friendly, service was very slow even with no other customers in the store. I ordered hash browns and they were frozen when I bit into it. Next time I’ll just flush my money in the toilet bowl.
