Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Jesup

So I'm sitting in the parking lot after just going into DD. whomever owns this place needs a new manager. The young woman Kaci acts as if she hates her job. We stood there for about 10 minutes before we were acknowledged. They only had a small selection of doughnuts and when I asked for change to tip the employees the manager rolled her eyes, shook her head no, and then walked away. The GM just walked outside to my car to try to explain why she wouldn't give me change. It isn't about the change it's about the experience. I have been coming to this place since it opened and only 1 time has it ever been a good experience. I usually wait until I'm out of jesup to visit a DD because of this issue. It's sad to see I'm not the only one who feels this way. You guys need to do better. With all that being said the guy who actually served us was pleasant. He was nice, respectful, and made great drinks.

Love this Dunkin. The manager is super friendly as well as the rest of the staff. The coffee is always fresh and is made exactly as I ask. Not all shops are the same but this one is very good! I visit almost daily.

Cleanliness lacks bad at this DD. Floors are sticky and the tables are full of crumbs and drink smears. Being the only place in town while Cafe Euro becomes The Connection, I only stayed so as to get a project complete for my job. However, if DD was looking to impress this customer from a competitor, it has failed emphatically. On a side note, the iced Vanilla Bean tastes like a frozen Vanilla pudding I remember from my childhood, which is a plus, I guess. lol

The donuts i were given were glazed. none of the glaze was actually hardened and all 3 were put in the bag upside down. every time i go here i always end up going back in since they are always missing an item.

I was in search of some iced cake doughnuts, but they didn't have any. Also, although it was a few hours away from closing, there was VERY little to choose from.

Quite friendly staff and managers. Very helpful when ordering food items , turning it into a meal order to help you save money . Quick service and good food . If they make something wrong (like a sandwich) , they were quick to fix another in place of that one and do apologize for the mistake . They are very artful on the donuts . Decorative for different occasions . I find that if you go in any store with a good attitude - you will definitely receive it back . But when you go in with a snarky attitude , then you deserve it back . A lot of employees are new and still training and people just don't care .

This Dunkin can definitely get crazy just like with every other customer service job on the planet but at the end of the day all of the employees including myself bust our butts to try and make sure that our customers receive a good experience. There are definitely bad days but everyone has bad days. Don't judge us based off of one experience we are all doing our best and most days we get it right. I do love working here because unlike other places I have worked we really are one big family. Thank you guys for letting me be a part of this amazing team.

It's my favorite place to go every day. Everyone is always so polite and gets their job done in a timely manner. I've never had a problem, and if I was to, it would be corrected immediately . It has always been a clean store and manager decorates for every holiday.
