Worst run store in existence. Four teenagers running around with their heads cut off. Had a mobile pickup order and waited 15 min in the lobby before I finally asked if someone could help me. Wrong bags combined for my order. No customer service. Disorganized order taking, no structure, entire parking lot is full. Just chaos.

The food is pretty good! When I actually get what I actually order... The last TWO times I've been there my order was incorrect, but I was already on the highway. Wrong donut, then completely wrong coffee. Probably won't be back unfortunately.

I had my best Dunkin experience ever today thanks to Raquel and Tyler! I had a hard time figuring out what drink to order but Raquel was so patient and helpful, even when I switched my order multiple times! And THEN, when I pulled up to the drive-through window, Tyler gave me THREE very sincere compliments that I really needed to hear today. I was having a bad day before I came to this Dunkin location but now…day made! Thank you Raquel and Tyler! Raises for everyone!!! :)

Amazing and friendly service at this location! I went to order my usual, but the person taking the order suggested something new to try that would taste just as great but save me some money. Turns out she was right. I now have a new go-to drink thanks to her. And I'm saving money. Absolutely no complaints each time I visit. Keep up the great work!

I have had a horrible experience with the Jenison Dunkin’ so far. I ordered two Boston crème donuts today and they forgot one of them and needed reminding and when I did get them, they both looked like this. Completely unappetizing and soggy. They had a promotion of a board outside of the store offering $1 off their green tea refreshers but they won’t give you the discount unless you ask them to speak to the manager to get the discount applied. I am from the Chicago area and have had great luck with Dunkin’ there however this Dunkin’ needs some work. They are horrible.

Dunkin has the best coffee, no doubt. Drive thru was pleasant. They did mess up my order, though.

Front doors locked at 625 am. Not busy at all. Why is there donuts in the cases uo front if your doors are locked. Pathetic excuse of an establishment
