The manager here is always yelling and rude to employees. The donuts and ice tea was infested with bugs last summer and bathroom didn't have soap for over a year. Along with this the donuts are always stale.
Came here on a Thursday at 8:00pm on July 12, and there were 2 employees here that seemed to be teenagers taking my order(s). These employees were full blown arguing and cursing each other out like sailors! One girl and one boy. I was afraid that they were going to end up fighting each others! They were knocking things down and aggressively telling one another to pick it up in front of customers! This is not professional… do better!
this place charges more than any locations near by plus extra for creamers and etc.they are all franchised and can charge whatever they want! i have always made coffee at home so i purchase ground coffee but will never buy from this location again. im sure they are charging more for a dounut as well.the people at corporate are mostly to blame foe allowing different prices.
Anytime I have the displeasure of coming to this location instead of my normal Vets Highway location, they manage to ruin my order somehow. This morning donuts were stale, impressive on its own, and my $5 caramel latte had not one drop of caramel. Anytime I feel bad about myself not being perfect I remember I could never be worse than this Dunkin.
Ants always on donuts and very small flies especially on munchkins. Everything exprired ice cream to coffee to donuts to bagels muffins croissants
Didn't y have any selection of donuts. Coffee was not fresh. Ladies sitting on their phone felt like I was bothering them.
Ordered an iced coffee cream no sugar. Thank goodness I tasted it there because it just didn’t look right. Label said 4 cream, but I’d have to say it was skim milk in there with about 10 sugars. Also ordered an iced matcha latte with almond milk 2 pumps of blueberry syrup Came with regular milk and and so much blueberry that it was undrinkable. Munchkins were like golf balls. Snackin bacon was soggy and flavorless!! Never again!
Owner is very rude and arrogant towards children. My daughter and friends were paying and were short of payment. They had to have another parent send money through Venmo to add towards payment but the owner was short of patience and very rude rushing my daughter and her friends. The owner had an attitude towards my daughter and friends and was very mean. I will make sure her and her friends never return to this location.
