This is my go to morning place for a quick coffee. Lines could get pretty long but it's totally worth it.
The night shift employees have no people skills. They need to brush up on their customer service. When taking your order, they sound very uninterested. If your order is not correct, despite specifying when having ordered originally, they don't care to fix the mistake and insist that the order is correct.
A very pleasant location with great service. Workers are friendly and the place is clean. There's parking and a drive thru so many conveniences for the customer.
The woman at the desk is really nice and courteous however, the guy manager (blue shirt) is mean to her. He follows her and tells her to ring up people at the front desk as she was making my coffee. How about ringing the customers yourself because you were doing nothing just standing around giving commandments. We would come back here again .
The coffee was excellent, exactly as requested and the donuts were fresh, but above all the very nice cashier took it upon herself to help me with my mom's Birthday donut. It was a little thing but it made our day! Thanks to the very nice staff :)
Burnt food and bad attitude is what you get served here! This isn’t my first bad experience in this location. I had just to write this review today because the attitude served is unacceptable. So, I placed an order via their app which had an offer. When we checked for the offer item, there was none. When we said we had an offer via the app which was btw valid until 11/29 and today is 11/25, the employee said there is NO offer. When I told that was not right, she insisted there was No such offer(no intention of helping to figure things out). I said I will have to make a complain then and to that she said - “ Go make a complain where you have to”!! “ WOW! Great customer service 👍🏻
Been a great DD for years, and the coffee is on point.
Very disappointed. First I was impressed with their quick efficient service... until I opened the bag of munchkins. They were so mushy and gross, I had to throw them away. Never go there for donuts!
