Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Inverness

For a while we had been going to the Stone location however Main has really stepped it up with staff that are on point. Late night or early morning staff get my order correct, are friendly, and efficiently handle their queue. Way to go, you guys on making folks feel like they matter

Dunkin made sure we don't ever get good donuts in our town by opening 3 locations. If your donuts are not fresh....they are garbage. These are obviously factory made and frozen. Whatever chicken they use for the sandwiches is also terrible. I also get way better vibes at Go for Donuts in Dunellon.

they messed up my order. There was a woman taking orders on this day which is August 23, 2023. It’s 1129. I just left about five minutes ago out of the drive-through. The woman was rude taking my order and she was very rude when I called back to tell her my stuff was messed up, I’ve never met somebody more disrespectful in my entire life and if you don’t like your job just quit and no I’m not a Karen I just think if you’re treated with respect that you should give it back that way and this is only to the woman that was very rude to me. Everybody else in the food is amazing from Dunkin’ Donuts.

Well, I am addicted to The Frozen Hot Chocolate !! It seems that Dunkin Doesn't make this the same at different stores. This One Doesn't Ask it If you want whipped cream. This place doesn't drizzle the Chocolate. It's still good, BUT NOT THE SAME !! The Only One That Ever Asks or Gets it Right Is In Crystal River.

I come here alot. They are always packed with a line out into the road. Always so nice pleasant. I ordered through door dash today and some where along the lines I didn't receive my order correctly. Anytime this happen they always make it right. I really do appreciate you guys. Especially on Christmas. Thank you guys and thank you Brookie. 😊

I really like the food but very very very very slow getting it. I think the biggest problem they have is they can't keep people. But when things are going smooth the food is very good. I would go their a lot in the morning to get my wife, who works at the hospital, to get food, but stop because too slow getting the food. It is sad because they are loosing money due to lack of possible training. One suggestion maybe would be to be able to order food online and pickup when I get their. Since they are open 24 hours a day, this might work better. will check and see if they may have it or not.

We ordered 2 of the same drink and they were both completely wrong,, not only that but the coffees we got had a bunch of coffee grounds in them. Food was completely wrong as well. Service was horrible,, we had to repeat ourselves multiple times and yet orders were still completely wrong… We will never be stopping here again.

I go to this Dunkin location probably just once a year, either out of desperation for food, or as a chance for them to redeem themselves. They mess up my order EVERY time.
