The girls who work here are so nice and kind! They remember what I order every day as well as other people's orders... Coffee is the BEST of any other Dunks ive ever been to. I even drove 3 hours before I stopped to get my morning coffee from them on my way to work yesterday morning! It's not even close to this good at home! I'm going to miss this when my contract is up and I head back North for my winter job

The girls who work at this location are AWESOME! ALWAYS smiling, ALWAYS friendly and they even remember what I get every time I go in.. They are my favorite people while I am down here working temporarily... And I've NEVER had a bad cup of coffee! They always have freshly brewed ready no matter what time of day that I go in! Best Dunkin' Donuts I've ever gone to and the only one that has ever been both consistent & friendly! I just wish they opened earlier! They dont open until 6am and when I have to be at work by 530am I don't get my morning coffee unless I buy it the day before.. Some days I work from 530am -1015pm so I miss out on coffee for an entire 24hrs.. It's the only thing that stinks about this location..

Boy it was awful they gave me different flavored coffees that I asked for. AGAIN!!! I'm a customer that spends about $10,000/year at this place. But I'm about to stop coming here everyday because there's a female worker that's making my life miserable because she keeps messing up my order intentionally. I order the same thing everyday and she's the only one that can't seem to get it right. Its a $26 to $30 order plus tip everyday. In the summer sometimes its more when the kids want coolattas. I don't have the time to go back and have them fix my order every time its wrong, so I end up wasting my money. I tried to ask for a manager and they told me there wasn't one for this store. REALLY? This location its very convenient for me because I'm always driving by it, but due to this issue I'm seriously considering going somewhere else.

Every Sunday I stop at this store for something to eat and coffee. This last Sunday however my daughter wanted to pick up a blouse a few stores down. We parked the car farthest away from Dunkin Donuts, the lot was empty so it didn't really matter and went to the store. We returned to get the food and found that our car had been towed in 20 minutes we were gone. Really??? Did you need that spot so bad? As it turned out, we walked right past the person who called it in!! He could have said something, giving us a chance to let him know of our intentions to return and patronize the store. No...it must have made him feel really good to tow our car and cost us our weekly food budget to get it back. Thank you Dunkin Donuts - great policy you have there! I guess they would rather have parking spots than customers!

This was the worst Dunkin donuts experience I've had. I had to take back my lukewarm hot tea and tepid coffee and was greeted by sneering, disbelief that I did purchase the two coffee I had in my hands and snickering from one of your servers. I buy this coffee everyday in my town and will continue to dispute the awful reception.

Made the coffee wrong two times in the same day. Completely ruined our vacation. Hope management is aware of incompetence. Also a sexual deviant was stalking my family and the staff acted like he was a regular that engages in stalking behavior regularly. Tried calling a few time but no one answered. Having this establishment in the cape is concerning based on the danger and hate promoting culture of both staff and pan handlers. I hope the police are aware. Also the staff made a comment about my bi racial child having a black father and white mother. Please watch over your stores dunkins! BLM!!

My sister need gift cards for her students. Big problem is they don't speak or understand English very well. That's always a handicap when working with the public.

I don’t know what the occasion was, but for some reason Kaiser Wilhelm II was there and was talking something about his kaiserccino? Don’t know what the deal was but it was entertaining to say the least!
