Normal croissants vs the burnt ones they gave and seemed upset when I asked for new ones. Only did this review since what I’m assuming is the manager tried to talk down on me this afternoon about they don’t control the temp of the toaster but they see the product go in the wrap so why hand out bad quality, ma’am?😂 I labeled the photos below because it seemed like she couldn’t tell the difference.
very quick service. it is located inside of the gas n wash and has tables available to sit as well as a drive thru. of course it does tend to get busy around breakfast time when the drive thru is packed and theres a line of construction workers inside the store but thats to be expected. busiest time is probably between 6am and 8am
I go here often. They have great customer service and get your order out proper. Clean environment, one can tell they maintain their equipment and upkeep their store
Beautiful dunkin, the employees are always friendly and nice. I go here almost every day and not once was it a bad experience.
Terrible place they cant make coffee right and everything hot comes out cold ill be calling cooperate!! ✍️ update July 14th. The team here is being trained so poorley dt bother spending money here. They care more about getting ur money then getting what u paid for. I came in the other day after months of avoiding this place. I give it a try again and order a iced coffee. Before i pay he said large right and i said no medium then i paid for a coffee that wasnt mine lol and he charged me a donut and i was like I didnt order a donut. The guy said oh my bad didnt bother to fix the problem. I came back next day for refund and you wont believe this. I asked for a full refund and they had no manager for rest of day but yet the guy helping me had powers to refund me lol. He gave me 3 dollars less and i was like you shorted me. He said we dont refund tax lol but there was tax on the recipt. I told the man you are horrible at what you do and will never be back. The terrible.
We ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant on the app and they failed to put egg on both of them. How do you even do that
Coffee was fine..bacon egg and cheese bagle was fine...but WTH . the hash browns burnt, gooey and stuck together in the bag smashed.....GROSS.
The perks are mediocre! They had the nerve to give me a lukewarm sandwich, cheese not melted and croissant not toasted. To top it off forget to give me my large coffee
