Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Homer Glen

Came here last week and horrible service. Lady at cashier stole over $30 and thought she can get away with it. After checking I noticed she gave the wrong amount and she refused to talk to me and wouldn’t open the window. Had to go inside to confront her and management wasn’t helpful. Please count your hard earned money before leaving. This is unacceptable!!! Staff needs to be fired and replaced or this Dunkin will not make it. Order was also wrong and had no taste.

Every time I go to this location it’s like playing the lottery with how the food will turn out. Today was the last time I’ll go to this location. Today they gave me the wrong donut no big deal. The bagel on the other hand.... seriously?!? The pictures speak for themselves

Product gets left out for days.. management is terrible!! The Donuts DONT get locked outside in the shed an because of this WILD animals have been caught eating the donuts and they have served eggs that haven’t been properly refrigerated come here at your own at risk!!!!

Out of skim milk at 10am on a Saturday 😞 Had to upgrade to oatmilk, which is great, but also had to PAY for the upgrade. Thought they may pick up the difference as they apparently didn't get their skim milk order correct that week.

Won’t honor the free iced coffee on the app for me or anyone.

I ordered a XL coffee and they told me they were put of XL cups, so I ordered a large coffeee. I also ordered 6 donuts. I pulled up to the window, and there were two coffees sitting there. She tried to give me both of them. I told her I only ordered one. So she took the other one back. Then I waited for my donuts for about 5 minutes, and they came out in a munchkin box! I guess they were out of donut boxes too. Headed to home, took my first cup of coffee about 2 miles down the road and realized they had given me the wrong coffee.

I visit here frequently, almost every day. As soon as I walk in and they see me, they know what coffee I'm getting and always make it the way I like. They don't have to ask and I don't have to tell them. The morning manager is awesome! Know one better, he knows me and my family and always takes good care of us. Everyone there is friendly and courteous. You guys are the best!

I'm giving it 3 stars because they are generally consistent BUT, the last few times my coffee has been undrinkable. I cant figure out what's wrong with it. It tastes very sour. Not sure if the coffee is burnt, old, was there cleaner in it from cleaning the machine (god i hope not) but it was horrible. I like my coffee "Boston" style, lots of cream and lots of sugar and i still couldn't drink it. i don't go to this location anymore. What a bummer....i go here every morning. I will figure out another location i guess.
