The person who took my drive-thru order was not friendly at all. I asked her to please tell me the different flavors I could add to coffee, and she said to read them on the board, we asked for other stuff, and she sounded annoyed. The person at the window was a different person, and she was super nice.

So inconsistent. Dunkin’ is our favorite place for coffee but unfortunately you never know what you’re going to get. Our drinks are made right 50% of the time. They need to focus on better training for their employees.

I asked to save a cup and refill my travel mug. The manager was rude and refused to do it. I offered to pay for the XL black coffee and even extra if I needed to. She was very unpleasant. I'm glad I do not have to go back again. I feel bad for the rest of the staff they were wonderful and very pleasant.

This Dunkin was an exceptional experience. Seriously. The staff was very friendly and demonstrated excellent customer service skills, and while they were at it, it was easily in the 10 ten cleanest Dunkins I have ever seen. The bathroom was spotless and every food prep counter was shiny and there was not even a dusting of sugar anywhere. I've visited MANY coffee shops and managed a restaurant staff. It takes a lot to impress me, but this one truly did!

I went to pay with a 50 today and was told they refuse service for the large bill. Reading the other comments goes oh this place is horrible with staff and customer service. So i wasted my time to drive up to be told we have a tiny sticker in the window for the drive thru person to point to; but it would make sense to put it at the speaker we refuse service to people willing to pay with 50 an 100. Well i just went somewhere else, wasted their product cause no you have to throw it away, the policy reduces tips for employees cause people paying with larger bills tend to give cash tips to employees. Paying with a 50 in todays economy and prices should be accepted. All you did is refuse service to someone willing to pay with legal tender. Your sticker doesn't absolve your management without common sense. As for the problems you may have its called the cost of doing business you have to break 50's on cheap things to bad. We all do, your competitors were glad to take my money and provide me service. Your google reviews are not an asset of why anyone should do business with Dunkin but a warning to stay away from us spend your money else where. A customer you refused service to who works right nearby everyday, so its not a small loss i am there sometimes daily and you just lost my business

The iced coffee taste like water the employees are rude they didn't even put ice in my iced coffee and wen i asked if I could get ice in it they got an attitude I loved Duncan donuts until i come to the Duncan up here i drive to tennessee every weekend to get my duncan donuts ive never experienced so many rude people I wont go back!!! Managers should really make sure there staff is friendly and make sure they are making there coffee right i work at a fast food place and the experience here is not acceptable

I was so surprised. Usually the folks are friendly and helpful. And the product yummy. Not so this visit. It seemed like it was a problem we were there. We were only two customers. The lady who took our order and payment seemed angry. We had to ask twice for our donuts after we had been given our coffee. Then donuts were cold. Not even room temp. I felt like I should apologize for bothering them. Its my last visit to that location. I hope whatever was wrong got better and they all had a better rest of the day. They all seemed so unhappy that I felt bad for them.

I ended up getting the turkey sausage breakfast sandwich. I took a few bites and was wondering why it tested a little off. I noticed the egg was covered in mold!!! Please be careful eating here, I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. My stomach is so upset right now!
