Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Hodgkins

I just had the worst experiences ever. The window lady who was profusely sweating and could barely breathe when taking our order should not be working there. I ordered two iced coffees and gave one to us. Okay that’s fine we let her know we ordered another one and she rudely said she only charged us for one we weren’t asking for a free coffee. We wanted to be charged for both and just simply get what we asked for. Maybe if she wasn’t breathing so heavily she could’ve heard my order the first time.

Way over price for what it is!!! And let's talk about your cups and lids I wish there was more people to speak up about this situation with their cups and their lids leaking and dripping all over everything They should consider going back to the start reform cups they were so much better Never had this type of problem up about the coffee cups and lids and the amount of money that they're charging for these drinks absolutely ridiculous I can remember when those coffee used to be 99 cents for a medium Hot coffee And now do they think about it not all of the Dunkin' Donuts have the same price at all of their locations why isn't this the same price at all locations

I ordered my two drinks I paid and they disappeared with my card and phone. Then they came back and the order was completely wrong. I said just return it. They said no they didn’t know how to do it. They said call the manager. I tried they don’t answer their phone. Brware

I went to purchase a hot coffee but I had a coupon if I purchased any hot coffee I get a free donut. Well that ended up being a big no no . The cashier named Manjulaben P. Was very very rude , she didn’t greet me , she seemed super annoyed & frustrated. I showed her my coupon and she “says” she couldn’t give me my free donut because the scanner wouldn’t allow it. I don’t understand she could of went to get a manager and asked to do it. I was going to purchase a coffee. But no she didn’t do nothing!! I was very upset and I will not be coming back to this location..

The munchkins were super stale so we decided to get a Boston crème and a chocolate frosted donut hoping it will taste better but in the end nothing was fresh and if not for the coffee one could literally choke on it. As much as I like DNKN, this experience was pretty poor.

Wife stood in line for like 10 min and was told to go to the other register be cause it wasn't open. Then another customer walked in and stood up at the register that was supposedly closed and took thier order. And the other line was longer. This get me heated on how they favor a certain race. Never again!

Definitely this place has a new manager... everything was neet and clean.

I was inside picking a catering order when I overheard the gentleman in the drive through complaining about a young women with glasses on working the drive through. After he caught her stealing he pulled away then she made horrible threats towards his life. I will never come back to this Dunkin. The ownership needs to evaluate their staff immediately
