Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Highland Falls

I've been here a few times through the drive-thru and inside at the counter. The employees are some of the most unfriendly I've ever encountered. Never a good morning or hello or even a thank you. The food has been fine.

This location is brand new and already leaves me with a bad taste. The staff is so rude. When I pull up to the drive through I’m greeted with a monotone “give me a minute””. As if I’ve bothered her. I recently sat at the window waiting for a hot coffee for 5 full minutes during a time of day in which I was the only one there. A past experience left me and my friend waiting 15 minutes for a food order that we paid for but was never even put on the board. The manager was the one who put in the order and knew we were waiting and no assistant when we told him we had been waiting for such a long time. She didn’t even apologize for not placing the order. As a daily Dunkin drinker I was very excited when I found out about the new location. Unfortunately I continue to go to my original location now

Need more people there in the morning, always slow. Ended up paying for 1 item, getting stuck behind someone that ordered 5 things, and left before i missed my ride without my item. Mobile orders should not take precedence over people who come in the store.

Service is extremely slow. Consistent with running out of Donuts. I arrived here at 9am on a Monday morning and there was nothing left but muffins. Even if you order ahead you will wait 15-20 minutes for your order. Staff is slow and lifeless.

I bought a cup of coffee today around 10:40am at the store when I got the cup I noticed that It has a tiny whole on it and spilling form that side. I showed it and I asked to the cashier girl to change it. All of a sudden an other employee came up behind the counter which I couldn’t see her name tag (Africa American)and she grabbed the cup from my hand very rude way and spill it to the other cup and put it on the other side of counter with rude manner. Is that how your employee’s take care of customers ? Thank you

Have been going to this Dunkin daily since starting a recent project in Highland Falls and I'm 100 percent satisfied. The employees are always courteous, professional, and just all around nice ! Order is always correct and Establishment is clean.

Always slow and they do all online orders before the people who come in .one day waited 45 minutes for a small hot coffee aa they had alot of online orders in store customer should matter two

This usually is one of the better Dunkin Donuts cuz they always put your coffee right however today I had to wait 1 hour for one cup of coffee no food just a cup of coffee there have three people working the one gentleman was showing the other two that I guess he was training how to make the coffee and he was jumping from that to the register they had one girl making the food it was just one big hot mess today and I feel bad they were very polite and very courteous apologetic but one hour for one coffee not even a single signature coffee just a small hot coffee
