Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Higganum

Hit or miss.... Update: January 16, 2023 I wanted to update my review. I stopped at this location at least once a week on a consistent basis and have been very happy with the service and the items received. I was never sure of their food items, aside from a donut here and there. Being a member has its perks, today I tried one of my free items and it was the bacon, tomato, avocado on sourdough sandwich. Where I would have liked it toasted more, the sandwich was really good. I like to take pictures after I try it, just so I can give the full review on the item versus just a picture. The tomatoes are fresh, there is a nice amount of mashed avocado and quite a bit of bacon. (I would love if it was fried to order, but it is microwaved) No need to salt, maybe just a bit of black pepper. 3/9/2023. (last update didn't go through 😐) UPDATE again, which is sometimes needed when it comes to the food industry especially. Maddie is wonderful, as are the employees that work around her. She always has a smile and she is patient. I don't feel I'm in a rush and that sometimes you do get with other places.

This used to be a great Dunkin and I never had any issues with it. For months now every single time I go there there’s always something missing from my order. I’ve lost so much money and time from every time I have to go back in. Management needs to better train and idk maybe they can actually read the screens that are telling them exactly what to make. At this point it’s absolutely ridiculous

The girls that work the drive thru in the mornings are too busy gossiping and telling jokes and laughing to pay attention to what customers are ordering. Too many times I've gone to this dunkin and they get my order incorrect because they're paying more attention to goofing off than listening to what is being ordered. Very unprofessional and inadequate.

this dunkin has the most kind employees, whether you go in or drive thru (which is always SUPER fast) the people who work here always have a smile and a good attitude :) my coffee is always perfect, cant find a better dunkin then here!

Clean restroom, clean store, fast and friendly service at 8:15am. My experience was fine. Not sure what's happening to other folks. I ordered 25 munchkins and a toasted bagel with cream cheese. No coffee so no comment on that. I drink soda usually.

4th time in a row our order was incomplete. At least they're consistent.

These guys take a donut cutter experience and make it remarkable. If your just passing through Higganum or if you live here, you have to make this one of your stops. Top rate!

Higganum's Dunkin is above average compared to some other locations nearby. They rarely get an order wrong but it happens on occassion. I special order a drink and Higganum makes it perfect while some locations weren't able to get it right after giving them the benefit of the doubt a few times. There seems to be regular turnover in the staff but the vast majority have been very good and friendly.
