User Reviews

The nicest dunks I've been in but service is awful. I was the only in store person. I was ignored. You have to use the automated machines and they just ignore you. All 3 young women had on headphones. But they could see me. 2 Not safe and 2. Not at all good customer service. When my two medium hot coffees with almond milk were done. We got two black coffees. It's 50 cents more for non dairy milk. Obviously none of them looked up.

Been here multiple times. The young lady on the window is absolutely miserable and is the reason for the 1 star review. If I could give service a zero, I would. Horrible attitude and she has been the one we have dealt with every time we have come to this DD. Her attitude is so noticeable, even our children made a comment. She made a mistake on the coffee and handed it through the window without saying a word, just held it there without looking at us, without a word and a complete look of disgust on her face. She passed everything else through the window without saying a word. Don't get me started with how she takes your order. It is an absolute turn off going to this location because of this woman. I have to tell you, I never leave nasty reviews. I get bad days, hard times, and having compassion. This attitude is consistent now with multiple trips through this location's drive thru and it goes beyond a bad day. I hope she heals from whatever is causing such strife but as far as management goes, her place is not with dealing with the public.

I think the drive-thru cashier must have been having a bad day; no pleases, thank-you, or even a smile (all of which i was doing, i work in food/hospitality too its not hard) and items were missing from my order which i paid for. [1/5 stars] I calmly & politely walk inside and wait my turn to be helped to get the items, the girls running the front end were busting their butts running around finishing orders [5/5] there. When they got a minute they helped me out by making the missing items, only to give the bag to the same drive-thru girl to hand me the items with a "this is your fault, don't interrupt my work again" type of attitude and look.

When ordering food, it would be really nice to get napkins. I don’t know how many times I go to the drive-through and do not get napkins. I know you want to save money, but save it some other way.

If you like burnt bagels then order here. Both bagels were blackened, not "toasted". We're traveling so we didn't think to check the bag for correct doneness before we'd pulled away from the drive-through for a bit.

Very friendly and professional. The new updates are great to the atmosphere. One of the staff explained the new setup is only available in a few places to test how it does. Check it out and see what you think. However, I still like the egg, sausage, cheese on English muffin from McDonald's better. But still come here for their coffee and other drinks.

I'm not one to leave a 1 star but the coffe I just got from the drive through is less then impressive. Wanted it with coconut and cream and it tastes like the water from the sink. Absolutely terrible. Not sure if this is a reacent thing but this experience was trash.

@DD drive thru: Thank you for using mindful lanscaping approaches, leaving pollinator habitats in-tact and protecting waterways with good buffer zones.
