The hebron location was just renovated to a more modern look. I always stop in the morning and the staff there at that time are amazing!!! They should train everyone. Quick, knowledgeable, and friendly
This dunkin is understaffed in the morning(6am-7am). 3 people is not enough with the amount of traffic that comes through especially with school kids getting breakfast now at that time. 30min wait for online donut order is ridiculous.

The problem with Dunkin it's so busy and you as a worker need to work in an environment where it's quantity not quality..The girl doing my hash browns and wrap is so stressed that she doesn't have Time to even hand you the bag, just throws it on the counter n says your name. Then you get the wrap and it looks like a hot mess. Actually looked like someone took a bite out of it. Hard to have customer service. I get it but geez we don't want our bags thrown, we want a hello and have a nice day etc.. but how do you have time to do that when you have 15 people to do their food. Just sucks.
It's a standard Dunkin. I stop by on occasion when I want a coffee before a long trip and the location is convenient. They messed up my drink order once (I ordered a macchiato but they have me drip coffee), but I think that was an isolated incident because it hasn't happened again.
Long line at drive thru but walked in and got my iced coffee and munchkins in minutes🥰
Worst dunkin ever, the staff is not in synch nor have they been thought how to be professional when speaking to customers. They need to level up on there customer services skills. The only reason this location is making production is due to the lack of either more dunkins or starbucks being nearby. I would love to speak with your area or regional manager to discuss the poor treatment I had receieve. I would suggest speaking to your employee who works on the sandwich station to learn patience and withhold negative comments about customer to herself. If I have to withhold what I wanted to reply to her, prevent causing much chaos.
