Went there the other day that is the last time I will. We are just appalled. The employees are so rude and they always mess up my order. Not to mention they all give off weird vibes. I will never go to this Dunkin again !
From the perspective of multiple people I know, you will either not receive your entire order, receive something expired (food, milk/cream), and/or will encounter an employee with poor customer service skills. If you have the option to travel, because I’ve had better experiences there, I’d recommend the most recently opened store in the area near downtown Northampton on King St. The store at Damon Rd near King St is a step above this one in Leeds, though.
Best dunkin I've ever been to! Very clean, and 4 out 5 staff are fantastic! Did some work in the area for a few weeks and couldn't help but have breakfast there everyday!
I go multiple times a week and at least once a week they mess up my order. This weekend I went on Saturday and I got a cup of hot water and cream but no teabag. On Sunday I get coffee instead of tea. Have to go back and have them fix their mistake, it's very inconvenient. Food and drinks are good when they get the order right.
I was given two refreshers with spoiled chunky coconut milk.

I’ve said this several times before. this store sucked. their registers don’t function and they’re closed (except for the drive thru) half the time like now. they cannot even keep the store open on a Sunday morning.and they’ve already had managerial change they need some more managerial change maybe or to raise the salaries so they can get some employees. Please!
I get the same thing every time. A medium hot Carmel Latte. I hadn’t been feeling well and was finally better and so looking forward to this treat. It was the single worst DD drink I’ve ever gotten. I couldn’t drink it. Because of a new service provider I will be in the area on a regular basis and will never go back again. The service was slow, which I could handle if the product was worth the wait, as it sometimes is. I would drive by and see what a lovely location it was .. SO disappointed. And every single other location I’ve ever been to gives my dog ( always asks) if they want a munchkin. He too knew where we were. He got offered nothing. Small pleasures in life. Very dissatisfied.
