Dunkin Hartland please fix your green tea issue. I have never gotten a green tea that that looks or tastes like this at any other Dunkin throughout the country. I am a regular Dunkin customer and love green tea. This is the only location I have ever received a green tea like this. It is cloudy and looks almost like orange juice. The taste is off as well. I travel around so visit different Dunkins and over the past 2 years it is hit or miss if my tea from this location will look like this. Given that it has been consistent, I wanted to make you aware so that this could be addressed. I love Dunkin and want to continue to be able to visit this location. Thank you!

I called the night before to ask if there would be fresh donuts at 8:30 in the morning, I was told absolutely! I came in the following morning and picked up a dozen donuts for our guests. The donuts were dry and stale, they definitely were not fresh. I purchased 6 raisin bagels as well. I think I saw 1 or 2 raisins in each bagel, they were stale also. I truly was embarrassed to serve the donuts and bagels to our company.

Friendly staff and I always get great service. They were in the process of cleaning and some of the ice cream was in the back, but they offered to get whatever I needed. We were in and out in under 7 minutes.

Have become a 'regular' over the past couple years. The items we purchase are always accurate and taste great. More importantly the staff are always well-trained and friendly. I'm very appreciative for their service this past several years.

Food is great but service is a hit or miss every time. Either forget something or replace an item with something completely else.

I know cappuccinos are supposed to be lighter than regular coffee, but my cup was seriously HALF full. I paid for a medium and basically got a small.

Love this Dunkin! Fast and accurate! Love Sharon in the drive thru, she's so sweet and friendly! Always hooking up our dog with donut holes! She makes our day every time we come here!

Just went through the drive thru, got an iced caramel macchiato- med & asked for 6 assorted donuts…. This isn’t quite what I had in mind when I said “assorted.” Maybe if I would have said something about extra filled donuts…If all they had was this someone should have let me know. Or I guess now I know to not go through the drive through for assorted donuts, I’ll be specifying everything from now on.
