Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Hampshire

I have given this Dunkin over 5 tires at different times of the day as well to see if the service is always the same. It’s upsetting that I order something super simple and it’s not correct let alone the attitude some of these people have is just outrageous. I know this Dunkin gets busy and I’m sure that is hard to deal with at times but I feel is you should already know what you’re getting into working for a place like Dunkin. Like I said before I have given this place more than 5 chances to redeem themselves and it’s sad to say today was the last day I think I will be wasting my money here. I order a simple large hazelnut iced coffee with liquid sugar and cream on side. I have gotten a cup with literally all cream then when I tried the 1st time to explain I do not want a lot of cream the guy said I got you and it was a little better besides that the outside of the cup was covered in cream and he looked at me and said oh sorry while handing me the cup. I can go on and on over all the other problems but I would just steer clear of this place unless you want a random cup of black coffee.

I went inside this establishment to place my order. The gentleman at the cash register didn't know how to order my hot matcha latte. After a few minutes he finally decided to ask his co-worker how to order my drink. I also ordered a dozen donuts and didn't have very many options to choose from due to lack of supply. While waiting for my drink order, I watched the gentleman who was preparing the hot food items for the people in the drive-thru cross-contaminate his gloved hands multiple times by touching unclean surfaces and then touching the food. Unfortunately those people in the drive-thru have no idea that this was happening. After several minutes, I finally received my drink to find that it was only filled a third of the way full. Stay clear of this establishment if you can. Choose to spend your money elsewhere.

$15 for a dozen. Coffee was delicious, employees were super friendly, drive thru service was average for a busy weekend morning...We will be back to try the pumpkin donuts and coffee soon.

I waited in the drive thru this morning for over 10 minutes and the line didn't even move. Though I wasn't in a time crunch, on weekday mornings when I am, this time is not acceptable! I must say, this isn’t anything against the hardworking employees, but the lack of management adequately staffing their restaurant. Update 2/1/19: It gotten worse with longer car lines, messy trash in the food prep area and donuts not even being placed in their display!

My order was fulfilled as requested, and fast. My children enjoy their glazed chocolate and vanilla glaced donuts with sprinkles.

I was very disappointed as I have been to this location and others in the past. I ordered a coffee with Stevia and it was half cream and half coffee. I did call back and ask the question if cream comes automatically with coffee and was told yes when we put sugar in it if you do not want cream you need to order it black 😩I have never heard that before. I asked for a variety of a dozen munchkins and received all glazed. I know these two things seem very Petty but I don't treat myself to coffee and donuts often and when I do I would hope that my order would be correct.

Horrible got a snacking bacon and it’s NOT cooked at all!! Totally disgusting

Avoid if and all possible. Go to the one in Pingree Grove if you can, it's cleaner, faster, and friendlier.
