Best Dunkin in the area!! 5 stars all around! :) My wife and I come here every single day and everyone there is super nice. Fast service, and always the correct order. We feel like family here!

I’ve had enough of this location today!! The guy who works the window who wears a backwards baseball cap is awful! If he isn’t rushing you on the order speaker, he’s basically throwing your food and coffee out the window at you. Last week, he gave me the wrong donuts. I noticed before I drove off, he gave me the correct ones but let me keep the wrong one. He tried to hand me an iced coffee when I ordered hot coffee and a bagel. Today, he mumbled and rushed me at the speaker that I had no idea what he said or if he heard me. I just went to the window and said I don’t even know if you heard me. He said what did you want. I said medium hot coffee and a bagel with cream cheese on the side. He gives that to me and I get home and it has the cream cheese on it. So freaking annoying! I’m not ordering multiple things that are confusing! And I’m not even going at peak time for that area! I’m usually there between 8:30 and 9am. The staff has never been the best, but he is the one who broke me today. Wilkens ave here I come!

Employees here are always nice to me. Drive thru line does get annoyingly long but that is because I do believe they only have maybe 2 employees max working at any given time and as it is only a drive-thru or walk-up location, that can get really busy and hard to keep up with - especially seeing as they're right across from the MARC station and likely have rushes of people going to and from the trains at peak commute times. But the people they have employed here are good, they're personable, they do their best with what they're given, and ultimately a lot of the shortcomings of this location fall on upper management and corporate, not them. The food and coffee is what you'd expect from a fast-food coffee place - no one's gonna be writing home about it, but it gets the job done.

Just the worst customer service .. or should I say any service. They served a person in front of me and then just walked away and shut the window on me when trying to order.. If this type of behavior keeps up this location should shut down. Needless to say you had four young ladies who were working on one drink and talking and one guy who was not paying attention at all . It's time for the owner of the store to shake up their staff. I was not able to purchase anything.

Rude staff and coffee is so inconsistent. One day it’s great, the next it’s nasty. Ordered an iced macchiato with extra shot and got a cup of frothed milk and ice.

One of the worst Dunkin location I've ever been to in my life so far. Everyone inside the walk-up window just kept looking at me and just left me standing there. It was only 1 nice girl in there with glasses who finally came to assist me and was very polite so shout-out to her! This location also has a very small parking lot which sometimes forces you to go through the long drive thru

I went to this location around 11:45 AM, at the time it was not busy and I placed an order through the drive-through. While I was placing my order the items listed were not what I requested and I advise the employee that information was incorrect. The employee proceeded to correct my order on screen. When I got home I realized that my order was incorrect and when I return to this location the employee showed no remorse or empathy after I advised him the order was incorrect the first time. This location needs better customer service and training on how to treat their customers.

rude staff, they mumble at the drive thru and you cant understand them at all. i don’t know if it’s a speaker thing or they just can’t be bothered to speak properly so that customers could understand. and the donuts tasted HORRIBLE !!!! do not waste your time here.
