They are nice...but...1. You put too much cream in the mocha coffee so it doesn't even taste like mocha and 2. You should be replacing the paper you use in the oven when warming up the egg wraps. I can't stand maple syrup bacon flavors and it's all over the outside of the wrap I bought.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel. Obviously didn’t receive it. But love how they cut the bagel so poorly. I thought it was missing. It wasn’t that’s literally how they gave the bagel. I don’t know why I keep trying to give this place a second chance. I’ve gotten doughnuts and they seem to ALWAYS put the napkins on top of the icing of the doughnut which obviously means it’s everywhere. I wish they could get it right just once :(

Iced latte tasted like brown water. Clearly skimping on the recipe. I get them all the time. Out of cronuts...out of chocolate cake donuts. At 1030? Lost my business....

O.M.G. this place is so trashy. I never came in here before although I've gone through the drive through. I live in the area. The seating area is horrible and unkept. Seats all torn, arrangements makes no sense. Today is national donut day so my significant other and I decided to come in and sit and enjoy their advertised free donuts with a purchase of a drink. I noticed the seating area but tried to be non-judgmental but Half way through eating my donut I'm facing the cash register and donuts in the back of that area where they store the donuts. The guy working back there is placing donuts on the racks with his bare hands touching all the donuts. If I could just puke. Could happen anywhere I guess but no thanks.

Had an entire acrylic nail floating in my drink. This is beyond unsanitary & disgusting. Any employee who has fake nails, needs to be wearing gloves when dealing with food/beverages! Needless to say I puked after noticing this being in my coffee.

Understaffed and overworked. Took over 10 minutes to get out simple order. Inside chairs were torn, temperature was uncomfortably warm.

Usually friendly but some of the young ladies tend to give attitude. I usually stop for coffees in the morning and once in awhile they will be made incorrectly or the flavor will be off putting. When i ask for it to be fixed depending on the worker there may be some huffing and puffing. Im a big dunkin fan and dont have issues at other locations majority of the time compared to this hales corners location. Also the parking lot is very small and the exit will get blocked by the drive through line. Be cautious if youre in a hurry.

Waited 25 minutes for 2 cups of hot coffee with only 1 other car in the drive through. Was given the wrong order when we arrived at the window. The staff member was ver apologetic and seemed to be alone.
