User Reviews

The employees at this dunkin are so nice and helpful! I had a huge order and they got all my food ready correctly & quickly. Awesome employees!

My mother and I had a nice experience earlier today when we purchased coffee at the Dunkin'Donuts drive thru. There was not a long wait in line which was positive. The coffee and food were very fresh, and the food was ready quickly. We did not have to wait long for our order. The staff were very friendly, too.

They were so rude, gave us the wrong sandwich after specifying it was right to us twice. Gave us three separate bags for no reason, put an excess amount of butter on our croissant. We asked to add an ice water before we payed and they said no. They also gave us the food before we payed

Once again, another let down of a Dunkin’ Donuts. It’s astronomically mind distorting how terrible Dunkin’ Donuts is these days. I’m 30, and not too long ago Dunkin was quality. Now it just seems like a sad excuse to keep money going into the pockets of their investors. Like why not? You’re still making a profit right, off good honest people that just want what they paid for. You’re a disgrace, by the very definition of the word. Sad. Just stop. Close down. America can run on something else at this this point. You’re an absolute disgrace.

I was super polite and patient with this staff. While they openly were disrespectful towards me while I waited for my order. They were really catty and unnecessary. My drink was made correctly by the cashier just wasn't stirred.

This one star goes to the store manager and store owner. I was told' Get out of MY STORE!!' immediately after my boyfriend and I got into argument on the dd premises, not even loud one. There is a war right next to my country, is the stress over it any way understandable for you? Throw a rock, if you never had a bad day due to the stress or argument with someone... Store manager could simply ask 'Is everything ok?' or 'can I help anyway?' that could probably calm everything down. She chose some power show off, and escalated whole situation into big drama with the police. I got 'no trespassing note' from a business I was spending my money and I was friendly with most employees. Now I heard, employees are quitting there due to their unprofessional managing and overscheduling , shame on you and I'm glad karma exists PS: If you wanna get expresso 1 hour before closing there , you won't, I waisted my whole break at work one time, just to drive there and be told they are not serving latte after 5pm(I think it was 1 or 2 hours to closing). He just cleaned machines ahead and was lazy to do it again.

Usually has no line when I've gone so its probably the fastest Dunkin you can get during rush times (early morning on weekdays and late morning on weekends). They usually have one or two employees, maybe three? working at a time though so actually getting your order takes a bit despite there being less of a line. What can I say, it's Dunkin. Its pretty reliable but don't expect great quality or wonderful service (this is coming from an ex Dunkin employee)

It was aight! The staff was quick and friendly and we got what we came for. Do wish the poor girls had better working conditions, based on observation.
