User Reviews

Purchased Avocado Toast with Bacon. Avocado spread was not evenly spread all over the Toast, just in the middle. And they don't crumble up the Bacon to be all over the top of the Avocado, they laid two strips on top period. This item was so unappealing that I didn't want to eat it. Every other Dunkin makes this item to perfection (Avocado spread all over the Toast and crumbled Bacon all over the top of the Avocado). The workers could really use some tutorials on meal preparation.

I went to the drive thru to get some omelet bites and a glazed donut for my toddler. The girl at the cash register gave me the donut first, and when I pulled it out to hand to my child, I looked at it and it looked like it had been run over by a truck and bitten into. I waited for the girl to come back to the window before I asked her if I could have a different donut. Her response: “WHY?” And I told her politely that it looked like a piece was missing from it. She responded “well I’m sure THAT didn’t happen. But ok.” and she snatched the bag back and went to whisper to her other coworkers. She finally came back with the donut and basically threw it at me. Terrible customer service. At least look at your product before giving it to your customers and maybe get your attitude in check.

It's disappointing that a few years ago this was a reliable, popular food and hang-out place. Nowadays, the service and quality of food are not up to par. There is not as much business anymore because the staff ignores cars in the drive-thru, hands out incomplete orders, and is short with customers. Also, I am not the only customer to feel ill after consuming food or drinks here.

I've been to Dunkin donuts in some of the worst urban places in New Jersey and by far this surbaban (ghetto) Dd has the worst customer service and food presentation … I know it is not a 3 star restaurant but the food was prepared very sloppy the hash Browns were stuck together and not fully cooked.....they have a 17 year old rude kid working the window and a 5 item limit .... so if I get 3 coffees in the drive thru I can only order 2 food items....if you can't handle the volume in the drive thru then higher people with some sommon sense and that can fill the orders properly. DO not go here is you want atleast average service... This place is horrible

Great food good service very fast nice area customer service is always fast over everything comes out really fast not to long I always want to ho back to this one place

I need me 235 Burgers, 171 Hot Dogs, and 672 Tacos! Give it to me IIIIMMMMEEEEEDDDEEAAATTTTTLLLLLYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!! Oh also make dam sure the tacos are spicier than ghost pepper too.

The people at this Dunkin are so sweet. They had my mobile order wrong and they fixed it right away and gave me a free donut :)

What can you say about the drive through at Dunkin? I can say there was a line of cars out to the street. I can also tell you that the kid taking our order or the person making the coffees we ordered was NOT made correctly. There seems to be a pattern with almost every fast food drive-through post COVID. And that pattern is orders that are NOT being made correctly. My friends and many family members have also had the same disappointing experience as me. I'm sure many of you reading this also have experienced receiving incorrect orders. Incompetence, ignorance, a lack of training and common sense commingled with inexperienced young people who work as servers, cashiers, or drive- through order takers; is enough for me to think twice before I go to any fast food or coffee provider.
