This dunkins has repeatedly Disappointed us. They charged me for 2 sandwiches when I only ordered one. Abigail cashed me out. They told me I could come back in the morning for a refund which I don't have time to do that. So i just accepted both sandwiches. I take a bit out of a sandwich and it's ice cold! I get you screwed up but you could of heated my egg sandwich. I would of turned around but your screw up was already making us late to my 5 month old daughter's appointment. I will not be back. Thanks for wasting our time and money.

Playing with a dog at a drive through touching him a lot not just a pet and I watched two employees never go wash there hands mindyou there training someone I couldn’t just drive away we were late to my son soccer game and needed for for him other wise I would never consider taking food that was made by ppl who were just playing with a dog please pulll up the camera

We decided to go inside to order since we had to use the restrooms. My wife went to order and the employees were just standing to the side talking. She waited a few minutes and the said "Hello?". The manager (assuming she was the manager, since she was the only one replying and giving orders), stepped out and said someone will be with you in a moment. Meanwhile there were other employees working drive thru. A woman helping fill the drive thru orders. My wife waited some more time, waiting while the other employees stood talking. Finally the manger comes with a cash drawer, says "I'll be with you in a moment, I just need to count this drawer". My wife continues to wait. Finally manager is done counting money. Then walks away. Starts touching all the food trays with her dirty bare hands that she just counted cash with! Then walks around to the drive thru area and tells one of the employees to help my wife. My wife still waiting, waits longer for another employee to come take the order. That person just stands in front of the register and says nothing, just stares at my wife. My wife had to ask, " are you ready to take my order now?". Employee just nods. Customer service is slim to none. Coffee tasted like dirt/coffee grinds. Threw it away.

Couldn't get warm food because the ovens were off 2 hours before close. The dunkin down the road is miles better. Don't go to this one.

This used to be my go-to Dunkin' in the area. Unfortunately the standards have dropped to next nothing and I would not recommend this location to anyone. I have had two extremely negative experiences this month. The first time, I waited over 10 minutes for my breakfast sandwich to find out that my food was confused with the drive-thru line and had been sitting out at the drive-thru window. It was cold and I got a lame half-hearted apology. The second experience, I waited over 20 minutes in the drive-thru window (only two cars ahead of me), by the time I got to the window to try and give my order, one of two employees was staring at me but too busy counting tips and the other employee was engaged in a personal conversation with two people in the dining room and could not be bothered to do their job. If I could give this location zero stars I would. With a perfectly fine Dunkin' less than a mile down the road at the Gulf Station, there is no reason to waste your time with this location. Avoid if you can, I do.

floors are dirty as you can see from the pictures . It's a pretty quiet place lots of seating employee Hahkeish definitely needs more training. They don't always check their inventory when customers order. And they didn't offer to give me a receipt. Employees need to learn to listen more carefully to what the customers order.

Recently paid this store a visit this is the standalone store on route 184 not to be confused with the others that's inside the gas station wouldn't let me use the bathroom because I didn't make a purchase I am more than a regular customer of Dunkin' donut products both on route 184 multiple stores route 12 in Groton multiple stores and in Westerly multiple stores this was such a massive letdown I couldn't believe they wouldn't let me use the bathroom never go back to the store again

There was a giant piece of aluminum from the cream cheese spread smeared into my bagel. Need I say more? This location is disgusting & obviously needs some serious intervention with their health & safety training (or lack thereof). Genuinely don’t understand how you screw up a bagel to the point of making it hazardous. Last time I’ll ever be back to this location.
