Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Greeneville

I order dunkin 3 days a week. Yesterday I mobile ordered. When I arrived there was one car in front of me. They pulled around I pulled up and after quite a while nobody addressed me I started timing and 4 minutes after that still nothing. I pulled around and they looked at me like I was crazy and I said I have a mobile order. They said for who I told them and they asked me 2 more times what my name was. They hadn't even started my order. Today I mobile ordered again and this time walked in. My frozen coffee is not even blended. Thick chunks of ice...see picture. Can't even get it up through the straw to drink. Will have to wait until it melts and have an iced coffee. There seems to be an issue every time I go lately. The remodel is beautiful, but that will not keep my business. This place needs new management asap. There are too many options in Greeneville now. Scooters will be open soon. Unfortunately I can no longer waste my money on drinks that can't be drank. My business is going to 423 and Creamy Cup from now on.

Ashley was the barista handing my drink to me. I pulled up and what great customer service. She was so bright and full of joy! Even my son who is 7 was in the back seat and said she made me happy too! I will be back just because of her countenance being so bright and full of life. She made my day, and yes attitude matters and what a wonderful she did have.

Went through the drive thru this morning and wow great service and my coffee, off the charts amazing thank you so much! Made my day!

I didn't give any stars for food because I never order any. I'm only ever there for their coffee. Great location! Looks really nice now since they just recently renovated. It's a rarity that I have a bad experience with Dunkin. When I do, though, I find that it isn't because of the staff. It's typically due to a difficult customer. So if you're ever at this location and you're waiting longer than you should ever have to for coffee, don't assume it's their fault. Be kind and keep in mind that they are people just like you. Kindness goes a long way :-D

I came in this morning for a half dozen and a coffee as per my usual. The last couple of visits my coffee has been good but not great. I believe I had a new barista training today and my coffee is PERFECT!!! Made my day and just wanted to say thanks! Order #7112 so you can give her credit because I didnt catch her name.

I really can’t anymore with our local Dunkin Donuts… so here’s the honest review and I’ll try and save the frustration for you. If you’re going to go to this Dunkin location, you will be waiting for a long time. Whether it’s drive thru or walking inside you will wait. This morning I waited 15 minutes to order, the lady in front of me waited longer. While everyone is running around, the cashier for the drive thru is playing with her finger nails, while the inside cash register went unmanned for the 10 minutes after the lady in front of me was finally helped. If you’ve been thru the drive thru you know, she has time to take 3 orders at the inside register before that drive thru line moves an inch. Also, do you know how frustrating it is to watch someone twirl their hair while you’re waiting and waiting. And of course the food is mediocre, I watched them pour the regular coffee and the tea together at the same time- and it’s the same color. I was so excited we were getting a Dunkin because Jonesboro’s is so nice, but now I wish they would just close it down and just it a Starbucks in there.

Beautiful remodel! Love that they have nitro on tap. Great crew running the show there.

Love this location every time I go to it. They had done memorized my order by the time we ended up leaving from this location for work Lol every morning myself or my husband would go. Sometimes twice a day 🤦🏻‍♀️ lol we love us some Dunkin can’t ya tell haha 😂 I usually get the iced caramel craze signature latte and my husband gets the iced caramel latte. Also recommend the plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese 🥯🍓
