Purchased breakfast sandwiches without bacon and there was bacon on them. Most employees did not have a hair net or hat on as one was twirling her long hair and putting a muffin in a bag. Would like a refund to go to a different location dunks. Thank you.
Staff worked like robots. No pleasantries at all. I asked a staff member a question and he was either deaf (which is understandable) or decided to ignore me.
Constantly forgetting parts of orders, service is always neutral at best. I advise you go inside to order so you don't have to flip back to the other side and park when they inevitably forget something.
A worker had noticeably filthy hands and was chewing his fingernails before bare handed handling my coffee and food. The floors needed to be swept, dirt and trash everywhere. The same worker who was unsanitary was also rude to me. Place needs help.
this dunks is one of the better ones we do miss the one in rockport but any who this location is great !
This dunks is always great! I come here all the time…sometimes the drive-thru lane is long but the line moves fairly quickly! Every once in awhile I go inside. This group of workers are fast and efficient, pleasant and friendly! Teamwork! You go Eastern ave Dunks!!
Cold brew is good but the kiosk ordering really sucks. If I wanted to order that way I would have done it on my phone. No one stepped up to help me so I started using it just to have people go ahead of me in line when someone finally did step up to the register. Kiosk ordering sucks.
