What a pretty little store! If you are traveling I90, this is a good stop. Its close to the onramp BUT you need to travel a cpl miles of offramp so be prepared. Located next to a gas station (which has no bathrooms), the location makes it a perfect place to stop. Very clean and fast. Because its hidden, its not hugely busy. Its a good location for a quick in and out
Fast service, iced macchiato was good, guacamole toast was good. Daughter got a BR coolatta and loved it. They even remembered the whip cream.
The cashier was very rude to the woman. His coin fell on the ground and did not return. It is a nice place but its employees are a complete idiot. They are not aware of customer satisfaction.
Always a great coffee. Quick drive thru.
We went in to use the bathroom, but it was filthy with garbage on the floor. I went to the counter to order because we used the facilities. I stood at the counter for 5 mins without being waited on, and 2 employees walked by. I left because apparently they didn't want my business.
Nice place staff was a bit cold but the order was right and the coffee was hot!🙂
Usually don't waste my time rating fast food franchises, but this location is consistently so awful I had to. Months have gone by, dozens of new faces, same problems. The MAJORITY of the time I've bought something here I've had to do a u-turn to get something that was missing or made wrong. Over and over and over. Recently, after making it all the way home and realizing I was missing a sandwich, I returned and informed the cashier. As usual, they apologized amd offered a replacement. But this time, I asked for something more. I told them my gas and time had been wasted repeatedly and this time I wanted SOMETHING for it. They shrugged. Guess this is what you get when you underpay your employees in a labor tight market
Skip this DD. It’s the slowest, most backed up coffee drive through ever. I keep trying to quit them but when it’s convenient, I cave and it always feels like a personal punishment. You can’t go in because the doors are locked most times. (During this post, trapped in the drive thru, I can hear other frustrated drivers cursing this joint for their horrible service so it’s not just me)
