I go to the Easton Rd Dunkin Donuts only for the Baskin Robins desert. I love the flavors and the staff is always welcoming and attentive. We sit in and eat although dining area is small. We never have any trouble finding a seat. They have outside table available as well. Store is clean, bright and service is timely.
Very good Dunkin Donuts in Glenside. Fast service even though they are very busy. Quality beverages and food. Made a quick stop in.cucumbers? Speedy service my latte was ready as soon as I walked in the door.
THEY HAVE FRENCH CRULLERS!!! I love DD crullers, always have. Then, ~2 years ago, all of the DDs near my home stopped selling them. I had to wait for my food even after placing my order in the app, but the crullers were fresh and delicious. Macchiato was just ok....
I paid $10+ at the kiosk for 2 large iced lattes and was told the whole machine is down. they couldnt refund me because it was a kiosk order but didnt think to maybe shut down the kiosk or take that item off the menu despite knowing they couldnt provide it or refund people who order it. i contacter customer support and it's been nearly 2 weeks with nothing done about it. if i took $10 worth of products from dunkin they'd get legal involvement, but I guess it's okay for them to steal $10 from their customers. good luck, if you pay and they dont have it, you just lost your money and time and they literally dont care.
I occasionally go there to get a pint of ice cream from the refrigerator next to the register. I've been there multiple times, and it was fine. But today, an Indian guy (probably Girish, according to the receipt) at the register asked me, "Are you Chinese?" We weren't talking or having any conversation. I literally put ice cream down at the register for purchase, and he asked me that question. I do not know WHY he would ask me, and WHAT good thing he would get out of that question. It was out of nowhere and rude. I might just go get different ice cream elsewhere from now on. WHY would you ask me that? Is any Asian look Chinese to you? Even if they do, what is your business to ask that question? That is a RUDE question to ask.
Soo many workers yet u always have to wait. And they really don't care of u used the app or not. U still wait. Whats the point of using the dunkin up them ????
Just stopped by here on my way to work. Got my order fast, and the staff were great. Overall a pretty good store in a neat location.
Really great people working here. Show up a few times and they'll know your order by memory!
