There is no soul in this business. It's there to produce coffee and donuts. Not for you to hang around. The decor is set to look like a prison. Very institutional. They have no idea what they are doing.
There were 4 workers and 4 customers. It took forever to get 2 ice coffees, 2 donuts and a toasted bagel with cream cheese. I was the 2nd person in line. It was 15 minutes or more to get everything!
If I could give zero stars I would. Walked in, waited for 3 minutes before someone came and talked to us. There were 3 people behind the counter. All of their donuts were labeled incorrectly. Rude and lazy.
I’m very disappointed of the staff there is this one short lady there that moves so slow makes me late every time I come get my food on my break by the time I get back to work my break half way over. You guys need to hire people that move a little more faster in the morning it’s like she was sleep walking
They should serve the teachers that come in faster when we do a mobile order. The drinks aren’t very tasty. It’s okay. I feel sorry for the workers because the teens from the high school are so rude to them.
They need to do something with the coffee personally. Don't think it's strong enough a little on the Lightside
Staff cherry and helpful Public facilities very clean
This is quite possibly the worst store ever created. One app order, go to pick it up and they are out of everything. The employee says he will have the manager refund it. Manager calls later and says can't refund the app but we can go pick up the order again when it's in stock. Yea just what I love, driving aimlessly around. This order I just ordered, again they are out of items. Apparently they can't seem to even contact us to let us know. So after they substitute items, turns out they gave the wrong drinks as well. Is it legal to administer iq tests with applications?
