Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Fort Pierce

Went to DD on 09/22/23, about 12, PM the young lady who took care of us, was the politest DD employee I’ve come across in a while, she was polite, friendly and very professional. Good job young lady

Ordered in app on a busy Sunday. Parked behind the store where there is ample parking and walked in for pickup. The lady’s were all busy, helping each other out. People need to be patient, it’s fast food, not instant. You have to understand most of these stores are understaffed… and not the fault of the staff there.

Burnt cheese on my wraps but my coffee was amazing. I wish it was more consistant. 6 pumps caramel swirl cream and sugar. Needs consistency throughout all dunkin.

This place used to be great but it seems like their current staff just doesn't want to work or throw trash away.

I ordered online and the order was initially wrong. I believe her name was Patricia, but she went above and beyond to make sure that the order was corrected. Amazing customer service and great staff!

Seems like drive thru is always slow when I go. For example, yesterday I ordered my ice coffee in the app 5-7 minutes before arriving. I got there 12 minutes to 7 with two cars in front of me (one at the window and I've at the speaker). The driver at the speaker had to wait until the car at the window drove off before their order was taken. Same thing happened to me...had to wait until the car at the window had their order and was driving off. I had to say twice that I placed my order in the app before I was told to go to the window. I get there and still had to wait on a coffee that was already paid for some time ago. It was never made and I selected immediately pick up, thinking it would be ready. But while waiting, I got to hear a whole conversation that wasn't even work related. It was who was gonna do what to who and other junk I'm not wanting to hear before my work day. (And boy were they loud with their conversation) Anyways, if you have a ton of time on your hands and absolutely no place to go after getting your coffee and such, this is the place🙄😞either that or leave home 30-45 minutes prior to needing to be somewhere so you aren't late. Speaking of which, I didn't leave drive-thru until 7:01....I was late to work.....

Worst DD ever. We had to repeat our order several times and they still got our order wrong twice. Then gave us a large hot carmel latte that was barely half full. It’s took such a long time to get the order in the first place that we couldn’t bear to go through it again. So they got a $5 tip and we got a 1/2 full coffee. Pathetic. No one takes any pride in there work anymore.
