We went there tonight at 5:11 and ordered 2 ice cappuccinos, we got to the window and the cashier told us if we wanted to wait 20min for them to turn the machine back on we could wait. We'll we food not that's ridiculous! Really she just didn't want to be bothered. Honey you should not be in customer service! But ty we went to starbucks where they were happy to wait on us smh
17 minutes in line inside and not a single person came to the front to take an order or even say we will be a minute. We had to check to see if it had any employees. Plenty of other options in town will not come back.
I rarely go inside. I generally order coffee to go, and it’s always served quickly and with a smile. The drive thru is a pleasant experience.
Ordered donuts & hot coffee with milk and milk was rancid. Couldn’t drink the coffee and no napkins in bag. Drive thru employee was rude when I asked for some creamers. Always double check your bag and taste your coffee before leaving this place!
I spent almost $ 10.00 for a medium sweet tea that taste like soap and sweet water, and a LgCarmel Latte coffee , from the drive throw window. First the person at the window could not remember my order. I ordered a lg sweet tea and a medium ice coffee. I had to repeatedly tell them my order. What I am angers about is these two window attendants were not trained enough to be left alone. They couldn’t remember my order nor did they check the system to ensure my order was correct. This was a displeasing experience at a place where I enjoy spending my money. I would like my money back as this is not the first time this has happened this week.
If I could rate this Dunkin 0 stars ⭐️ I would. Terrible customer service, there’s only one worker that does her job adequately. Everyone has bad attitudes and will make your order incorrectly without a care. Never going here again
Was inside for 25 minutes and not a single worker appeared to be doing there jobs, talking on the phone, joking around, worst dunkin donuts around, highly do NOT recommend absolutely trash
The people are nice, but the service is slow, and after waiting they will either mess up your order or burn your food.
