Ordered a caramel latte. It was only filled up 3/4 of the way. I didn’t drink any of it, it felt light so I lifted the lid and voila.

I have been to this DD a bunchnof times now when visiting my son. They always make my drink perfect, the food is always great, the service is always top notch, and they are always very quick no matter how busy it gets. 🥰

Order was correct. Cashier was helpful. Tried new menu item veggie egg bites. They were ok, not great. I could not finish them, for some reason they were not agreeing with me. The toasted everything bagel with cream cheese and white chocolate coffee were a better combination for my go to work appetite! Sweet donuts are always welcomed at the office! Glazed my favorite!

I waited in the drive through line with only 4 cars in front of me for 14 minutes, then did not receive a receipt, and got a burnt breakfast sandwich. I couldn't even turn around to get a new one because I'd be late to work if I did. It seems like they need more staff at this location.

literally work next this location....they need to teach all workers how to actually make all the drinks as advertised and not one day 1 way the other day another way...being that it's so busy the location...someone needs to order more to keep in stock for more customers and not run out half into the day

As a former general manager for Dunkin Donuts, the wait time per customer in the drive truth and/or inside the store in the morning time frame is extremely long. Average 5 to 15 minutes per customer. Also, I highly advice the store manager to conduct a better "customer service" approach to all workers from shift leaders to regular workers.

Not a fan of this location at all, they're usually always out of the doughnuts my kids like, even glazed no matter the time of day and they NEVER can seem to make my coffee order correct, no consistency at all because every time it tastes and looks completely different. The one on Dyer is superior so I go there when I want a good coffee and more 🍩 options for my kids👌oh and this location doesn't accept coupons and you can't use the Dunkin app!👎Better management and staff training would be a good idea.

Normally good experiences here but all it takes is one. 100th time here and the clerk up front didn't know what a mocha was. I've ordered a mocha a million times and never was asked if I wanted a latte or any of the other 30 variations. Lady, I just wanted a mocha. I ended up with something that I don't know what it is but it sure as hell isn't a mocha. Then the old retirement home aged tw@t was rude when I asked to clarify whose drink it was when it hit the counter.
