When I drove into the drive thru, there were no cars. The worker did not attend to me through the speaker until a few minutes later and had no customer service skills at all! She did not tell me what my total was instead she asked in an irritated voice, “anything else?” I pulled up to the window and o one came to the window for payment instead they stood around and spoke amongst each other for about 7 mins. She finally came to give me my food and charge me ; no greeting or apology for the wait. I looked at my food once I parked and saw black grinds all over my wake up wrap. My cold brew tasted like it’s was 30% iced coffee and 70% water with sugar. Disgusting and disrespectful group of people; you don’t like your job find another! I will not be coming here again - what a waste of money!

They have two large kiosks in their front lobby for customers to place orders, which are confusing as H€LL, and neither one of them was working...h?uh ...I was told that I had to go through the drive through in order to get a cup of coffee. Why would anyone, (especially someone trying to get to work on time), want to wait in a long drive through line just to get a cup of coffee? I'm so glad the Wawa down the street still has actual people (at actual cash registers) to take orders from their customers, because I see no need to waste my precious time stopping in this Dunkin' Donuts any more!

As a former employee this is a disgusting establishment, they rarely clean any of the coffee machines, use cups off the floor to "save money", they rarely wash there hands nor enforce it, the food sits in heating bins all day long, nothing is made fresh. The coffee aswell sits all day until enough customers complain about it being cold, when they run outta skim or anything like it they'll use whatever next, the manager zia is never there regulating anything but how much someone ate, just drive 10mins over to the next one. No one should be ingesting food from this disgusting place

The service is fast an over kid-friendly. I was just there and they said they get fresh donuts delivered every day from New Jersey. They people and manager are very nice. On multiple occasions, I have gotten free donuts because they had too many or just because they are super nice. Overall great service and food. Then again is their such thing as a bad donut!

The lady that took my order in the drive through was rude and messed up my order then blamed me for the getting the order wrong.I wanted one hot and one iced latte. I received two iced lattes which is not what I said but was told I did not say hot! Wheo I asked for a large caramel latte with whipped cream and she told me that it was a signature latte and when I received it it had other stuff on top that I did not ask for and again she blamed me for the mixup! I understand that places are really Struggling getting staff but it does not mean that customers should have to deal with rude employees!!!! I will never go to this location again!!!!

Rude, cannot order with a live human, and does not take cash. Thanks for wasting my time

Horrible experience. Asked for two gift cards and the “manager” didn’t understand any English at all. How are you the manager and don’t understand gift card systems and refuse to let me change my mind on the amount I want to put on it? All of the employees just stared while he asked me the same question multiple times. I asked if someone else could help me and he refused to get someone to help. I left without paying for anything. Not going here again. 0 stars from me. As someone who works in a hospitality corporate environment, this is completely unacceptable. I will be calling corporate for sure.

Got here at 7:40 with a couple excited kids, 20 minutes before posted closing. Doors locked.
