Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Fernandina Beach

Kudos to this Dunkin's top notch customer service associate, Andrea! She is so kind and considerate of the customer's needs. This is very hard to come by, and I am grateful for the quality service I received from her. Thank you Andrea! Keep up the great work! You are an asset to your team!

Worst Dunkin I have ever been to. The girl was clearly alone, but we had to repeat our order 6 different times for her to understand what we wanted, sat in line for 25 minutes with 2 other cars, then she hands me the “iced matcha latte” and it’s all WHITE so I told her that’s not right she says “ ma’am it’s tea” and I said I understand that but the matcha powder you put in there literally dyes it green, that’s just a cup of milk so she takes it back in the window to remake it and the picture below is what I got.. absolutely no matcha flavor I’m literally drinking a cup of milk… with ice… I paid $5 or more for a cup of milk that she didn’t even want to try and make right in the first place.

Dirtiest DD i have ever been in. Tables sticky haven't been wiped down, counters dirty, seats had food droppings all in seams, floor dirty. 2 young people there, not really call it working. More like playing. No cares. A woman before me ordered a sandwich and they forgot to fix it.???? We were the only people there! She had been there 20 mins. Omg!! Terrible!! Then the guy takes the order out to her car while talking on his cell phone.

Oh what can I say about Dunkin Donut's. They have been going down for awhile now. Today was bad. I went in around 11:30. They had like 7 kinds of donut's. Where's the donut's! Employees act's like they don't want to be there. Don't great you with a smile or hello. I hope they get it together. I really like Dunkin Donut's.

A woman by the name “Niyah” served me, and was very rude, snarky, and had an attitude the whole transaction. I usually come at night and have an exceptional experience with all the staff, but every-time i come in the mornings i am met with disappointment. Guess i’ll have to only come at nights from now on. Do better!

The Baskin Robbins in Fernandina Beach, Fl is the worst. I don’t understand how an ice cream store is out of the most popular ice cream, chocolate and butter pecan. Also our bag of donuts had an ant crawling around. I hate this because Baskin-Robbins has always been my fav ice cream

This location does not know how to make drinks, then refuses to remake. They will give you a cup of milk and say it’s the exact recipe for a macchiato. When asked to remake the drink, the employee then mansplained what a macchiato is. The manager was rude and off putting. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Went here 3 days in a row. Fast, courteous and friendly service all 3 days. Well done and thank you, keep it up!
