Horrible people , so rude an incompetent. I have never met worse customer service or drinks ever. Ordered a medium coffee and my cup was only halfway filled up. This is the worst establishment ever. They even argued on the phone, telling me the shut up and listen when I called to voice my concerns. If I could give this place negative stars I would.

I ordered an avocado toast. Same thing I ordered a few months ago came with two pieces of bread and big bacon slices as I paid extra. This is what I got today for the same price, almost 5$ for this.

I went today (8/17/23) at around 7:30am. I ordered a vanilla cream powdered donut and after taking a bite I saw that there were roughly 5 ants crawling around on the donut! Never go there!

Tremendously slow service in taking order. Even with 4 to 5 associate, noone was taking orders and made me waiting for good 8 to 10 mins. There was old couple behind me. Even they were not attended and left without getting what they wanted. Felt very bad.

We ordered doughnuts and the doughnuts were stale and had a limited selection of stale doughnuts. Not a good store for kids especially for doughnuts and Horrible customer service.

Ordered the avocado bacon sandwich on Door Dash with egg and cheese added. Did not come with egg or cheese despite the receipt clearly indicating that it was supposed to. Door Dash wouldn't refund the sandwich despite it not being what we ordered. Will not order from there again.

Restrooms closed. Come on now. I was going to order from here. But turned around immediately to go find some where else with working facilities.

Location - spot on Gas station - gas Prices mostly cheaper than near by stations Cleanliness - clean and well maintained. Service Speed - quick as possible based on crowd. Mostly at some hours , you will be in queue for drive through. Access : convenient for drive through than in store order. Limited parking space for about 10 cars excluding space on pumps. Convenience store: staff at pos are sometime don’t bother to ask whether you are waiting for convenience store order or coffee order. Food taste: Mostly aligned with other store near by Friendliness : it’s hit or miss , sometime you feel you are served well and sometimes it seems like not. I have been visiting this place for past 10 years and it could have been better on recent times.
