Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Estero

I've been to this Dunkin' Donuts in the past but I see the reviews it gets at 3.0 the service was great atmosphere was nice that I would recommend this place it's a little bit tight with the parking but the food is food is good so sorry to hear that some not too satisfied with this Dunkin Donuts.

Horrible service. Made a pit stop get some coffee and a snack. We ordered 1 ice coffees, 1 donuts. We originally wanted Dunkin’s new lemon loaf; however when we asked if they had it in stock the girl was confused and couldn’t give us an answer. We wanted our ice coffees to have caramel and mocha swirl. When our order was ready at the pick up area we notice the drink there just had caramel swirl we asked the other employee that put the drink there if that was right and instead of actually trying to help us figure it out she rudely said it’s an ice coffee and walked away. She continued not to help us at all, so we waited for someone else to help us and no one came even though there were 4 employees standing around on their phones. Finally a girl came and we told her if this is ours can you please add mocha swirl since it was suppose to have both caramel and mocha. She finally helped us. No apology or anything from anyone. We love coming to Dunkin’ Donuts however we will never go to this Dunkin ever again.

Worst service EVER!!!! Manager is extremely unprofessional slammed the window in my face multiple times while I recorded the unprofessional train wreck unfolding. Wouldn’t give me a customer service number , and threatened to call the police on me? For what???? She needs to be let go, I feel bad for the other staff having to work under her. Needless to say I did contact CS and they issues an apology in behalf of her, she’s clearly the PROBLEM!!!

I went through the drive through recently and ordered two iced coffees with cream and sugar. And when I got them they had no ice and were just not correct. When I asked to get ice they would only give me one cup. Not a greg service.

I got avocado toast and usually it is toasted and taste good .. unfortunately this time the bread wasnt toasted and didnt taste good and could not finish it . I definitely did not enjoy it this time !

Went the through the drive thru and the lady messed up my order as I repeated twice and when I picked it up it was still wrong. But Chris the person at the pickup window was friendly and nice, not like the lady.

I ordered a coffee that came out to about 8$ For them to give me the wrong coffee that cost way less than what I paid for, every time I call it’s impossible for me to get anyone to answer to find a solution I don’t have time to go back and get the correct coffee and I’m even more unimpressed because it was the general manager who handled my order. This is the the 3rd time ive gotten the wrong order, I understand accidents happen but for it to be this frequent is unacceptable if those continues I will be going to starbucks where they actually give me the right order. I would like to be contacted since no one answers the phone

Went to the drive through for a small ice coffee, took us 20 minutes with 4 people ahead of us. When we got to the window she took the money and then made the coffee. Shouldn’t the order be ready I mean we waited 20 minutes. I would have left and gone to Starbucks but we were trapped. You need to do better than that!
