Depends on what day you go to how stuff is. During the week stuff is good. Don't go to this place on a weekend. I went on Sunday afternoon and ordered a strawberry coolatta and it tasted like ice, it had no flavor at all.

First off the service was very slow. They messed up our coffees and forgot one. They thought it was funny when we had them fix it. We had to stop at the Athol dunkin so they could remake our drinks. This isn't the first time either!

The staff were nice enough but I ordered a bagel 🥯- lightly toasted with butter and got a blackened bagel loads with a puddle of butter and zero napkins (see attached photos). Could not eat it and got butter on my pants with no way to clean it up.

I am always disappointed by this Dunkin. From the long wait times to the almost constant inaccuracy of orders. They barely acknowledge you when you are there. I know several people who have always had these same experiences. Today I ordered jelly and glazed munchkins and got chocolate and these gross burnt or old glazed munchkins. Also a strawberry frosted donut which had hardly any frosting or sprinkles left on it, and was thrown into the bag with the munchkins. Low quality is almost a guarantee here.

James running the drive-through has the worst customer service skills I've ever witnessed. I've worked in retail and customer service my entire life, and we stopped to get some food and coffee. There were no cars in line, just us. We pull up what can i get for you?" Started off good. We ordered a breakfastsandwich and his response was "well I suppose" i thought he was trying to be silly and fun then asked what we would like it on we asked for a croissant the next words that came out were not what i was expecting "well, that's not happeing." And started listing off things they had. We left due to this poor customer service. I don't care if you're sold out of something. Just let me know, but having an arrogant attitude is not going to get you anywhere. We left without getting anything and hope this establishment is able to bring up a better customer experience.

Would like to see vegan donuts or other plant based foods. I do love the avocado toast, but am only assuming it's free of dairy/egg/honey; will need to look that up.

Ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a everything bagel and received a kingsford charcoal briquette plain bagel edition.

The people were so nice and friendly they are great Dunkin' donuts to go to
