I love the staff her. This is by far my favorite Dunkins! They know my order as soon as I pull up and it always comes out perfect! If they don't have a specific donut I want, they work with my in finding something else!

This Dunks makes the hell out of my coffee every single time. In a world where getting your Dunks coffee perfectly how you like it is often hit or miss this place is pulling off trick shots. Don't let the semi-dilapidated gas station it's housed in deter you - highly recommend.

Great Dunkin’s location. They always have their mobile order on for the inside which is very helpful to someone that doesn’t have time to wait in the drive thru. My drink is always made perfect, and when I put my mobile order in they have it done in minutes! Great job epping dunkin.

Absolute worst management here, the manager yelled at me when my child couldn't make her order loud enough, then when I repeated it she yelled again, so rude with the worst tone and attitude. One of her workers at the window said that was her typical behavior and they apologized for her. I called and left a voicemail to report the terrible service they have repeatedly going on and was never followed up with and had the same experience another time months later. Go to the one down the road, but avoid the Shell one at all costs.

Good service but they forgot my doughnut. Quickly corrected since I went inside. New person behind counter. Very busy, both counter and drive thru! Seemed organized behind counter. Pumpkin doughnut was good. Update: Saturday/Sunday, 2020; Still busy, very busy inside and out. Associate charged me for the wrong order and I overpaid for a medium coffee ☕ and doughnut. Didn't catch the mistake right away, especially since I wasn't given a receipt. I went back the next day, and with my bank statement on my phone 📱, I was actually given a bit more back in cash for a refund of the overcharge. They were very busy trying to keep up with demand and I don't think the manager had time to correct the amount since she had already entered it into the register. I wasn't hassled about the refund.

I always ordered the same small frozen coffee, no whipped cream. Then my stepson bought me a medium regular iced coffee, and now I'm hooked on something else.

The lady at drive thru usually is a sour pus, and I think she doesn't like many people, besides that coffee usually is made good.

On 02/06/23 I had a terrible experience at the Epping, NH Dunkin’s on Exeter Rd. I have requested the same type of iced mocha latte at several different Dunkin’s since the started making them, plus had ordered the same from this location just about a week ago. When I got to the window I let the girl know my order was incorrect because there was no whip cream on it, and the person that took my order did repeat it back to me. When she told the girl that made it, that person save in a very rude and attitude type of tone, “What’s the problem.” I told her the same as I had told the girl at the window. She then told me I had to order a Signature Latte, which was wrong on her part, because a Signature Latte is made with warm milk. I also let her know I had no issue a week ago when I ordered the same thing. She again, in a very rude and full of attitude said WELL THINGS CHANGE!! I let her know I will never go there again. Very poor and rude service!!!
