Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Ephrata

After a previous rough experience under different management I decided to give this Dunkin another go with a large order. When going through the drive through the last month or so I noticed such an improvement in customer service but I was still a bit hesitant. My doubts were put to rest right away. The manager (I think Michelle) was pleasant and efficient to deal with start to finish. It was ready for us when we got there and she even included extras just to say Thank you. Happy to see excellent customer service has returned to this store. I will definitely be back.

They never have donuts!!! If I order a hot latte, without asking my latte is more than half whipped cream. If I order iced it's all ice & whipped cream. I haven't been asking for extra for any of my drinks. I'm paying for a can of whipped cream and a block of ice. I'm done. I've given Dunkin a ton of chances to show that it wasn't just a one time mistake .... it's every time. So back to Starbucks I guess .... sucks!! Update. Year later. Iced latte. I asked for way less ice and it was all ice. See pic after I drank it. Still all ice. I understand you need to put some ice in, hence the item is an "iced" latte but the latte/ice ratio isn't right. Just disappointed as usual. Complaining just gets you spit in your food or beverage so I will just never go again. Sad.

There is only sugar, no blueberry shot and no cream, this location must have hired the employees who makes skimpy tacos at the taco bell by the ephrata Walmart(I do not recommend using that taco bell, thry barly put meat in their tacos, travel to lancaster for double the meat of ephrata's with no charge)...

How can you have Donuts in your name but have zero in store. So I decided to give this store another shot.... my mistake. 1. I asked if they had a full menu at the time because I wanted to get a sandwich. Was told only "No." So I ordered 2 plan doughnuts and a coffee. I get to the window and see someone making hot sandwiches, beyond pissed. 2. I sat for a while watching at least 4 people behind the counter and it took forever to get my order. 3. I open my bag before I leave and they gave me the wrong dam doughnuts. I'm a manager at retail store here in town and I can't understand the issues this place has with customer service. I know if I made these mistakes I wouldn't be in business for long!!!!!! Not returning and telling my employees to avoid!!!!

More often than not they are out of many of the items. The customer service has improved greatly over the last several months. Whoever does the supply ordering needs to make sure items are kept in stock.

Went to the dunkin donuts #351517 in Ephrata PA and had such a disturbing experience we may never go back to dunkin again and we're regulars!!! - the beyond sausage sandwich we purchased was inedible, we took pictures and are trying to figure out how to upload them as the sandwich looks like it fell on the floor. The beyond sausage patty was only a broken piece maybe 1/3 of the normal size of what we've gotten previously and it looked touched. We have gone to this drive through on several occasions and have over looked stale donuts, missing cream, different flavors then ordered etc. and once even a credit card we had to drive back for because it wasn't returned... we tried to call at the store at the time of the credit card missing and the phone message bank was full so you can not call them or leave a message, we tried again today and it's still the in the same state. this one franchise while RUIN the entire chain's reputation. Please know we do not ever write these kind of letters .... we are pretty mellow people.... it was that bad!

Dunkin has fallen from grace where I live (York,) but I really needed a pick-me-up and didn't want to pay the prices at Starbucks. I went to this location and was blown away by the accuracy of my order, as that is an issue I have with a lot of the locations where I live. My order actually came out how it needed to. I also appreciated the young lady at the drive-thru who was kindhearted and made the atmosphere better. If this is the only Dunkin location that I can go to for good, accurate coffee, I'll definitely be stopping here again in a heartbeat. 100% recommend!

I ordered online, 10 minutes prior in a rush thinking my stuff would be ready. It wasn’t ready and nobody was there. Then they told me there was no cold foam, which is fine if they would have given me my money back for that. They refused. Then my boyfriends vanilla bean frozen drink (being 5 dallars) tastes sour. It never tasted like that before. I’m very dissapointed
